Clean Juice — Restaurant in Charlotte

I've had Clean Juice from the Stonecrest location but they were closed for maintenance so I took a drive to this one. It was somewhat busy, with a handful of customers waiting for the orders they already placed. But there was no line at the register, and I was able to order + tip right away. I don't know if standard practice is to ask for a name for the order; at the Stonecrest location they've never asked me, but it's always empty when I've gone so I assume there was no need. However I did give them my number which is part of their rewards program.

Despite the number of people waiting, they were churning out orders relatively quickly, one after the other. I began to notice that several people who came after me were getting their order before me. I didn't want to seem impatient and thought maybe my order needed more time? Though it was only a refresher. I made eye contact with the main worker (I think she had red or light brown hair?) making juices behind the counter numerous times to the point where we were just staring at each other on end. At no point did she ask if I was waiting for or placed an order.

Finally I asked her if something was wrong with my order and she asked what the name on the order was. I told her they didn't ask for my name but that I gave a number and ordered a dragon fruit refresher. She didn't say anything else and stepped away to make my order.

Once done, she said: "Here's your dragon fruit refresher", put it on the pickup counter and went back to making other orders. At no point during our interaction did she apologize for my order obviously being forgotten. The kicker is, on the cup was and order sticker that had my number and lo and behold... my name, which apparently was on file. So it's not as though she called my name out and perhaps I didn't hear it.

That interaction really rubbed me the wrong way. I was there for at least a half hour, 25+ mins of that half hour waiting for an order than would've never came had I not been the one to say something. The fact that she wasn't the least bit apologetic on top of that was icing on the cake.

Every time I go into the Rea Farms Clean Juice location I have the best experience. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who works there values their relationships with their guests which is so rare in the food industry. Any specific concerns I have are accommodated by them with enthusiasm, without making me feel that I am making their job more difficult or burdening them. They consistently maintain a high level of professionalism without making it feel forced or superficial. They are ALL passionate about the organic product and it makes such a difference to me as a guest knowing that they love their job. The management is top tier; everyone works together seamlessly and it makes a world of difference when I go in during a rush. Don’t even get me started on their recommendations. Not only do they give me ideas, but they are knowledgeable when they explain my options and the health benefits that I can explore that are catered to my own wants and needs. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Clean Juice, a delightful store that specializes in smoothies and acai bowls. From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed with the clean, modern ambiance and the friendly staff.

In particular, I had the pleasure of meeting Sanvi, one of the employees at Clean Juice. Sanvi was incredibly helpful and kind, taking the time to explain the various smoothie and acai bowl options and offering her own personal recommendations.

I ended up trying the Berry Acai Bowl and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. I also tried one of the peanut butter smoothies and was blown away by how delicious it was.

Overall, my experience at Clean Juice was fantastic, and Sanvi's kind and helpful demeanor only added to the experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious snack, and I hope to...
