I stopped by today, 08-13-23, when another business nearby that I planned to patronize has a short wait time. It's hot outside, which was a good reason to try something new. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Not sure if I smelled tea, but whatever the aroma was smelled good. I'd already previewed the menu while in my car, but Arnan (name on receipt) walked over and handed me a menu. I couldn't decide between the pineapple green tea and the pineapple yakult. He helped me pick the yakult & asked if I was ok with the normal sweetness level. My drink came out right away. I was also greeted as I exited. Great service goes a long way. Sure I'll visit again.

The boba here is really hard, maybe itā€™s been frozen and thawed too many times over but I didnā€™t like it I kept spitting it out to see if there was something hard or crunchy in the pearls. The milk tea flavors are strong and good but this last time I noticed it was a little watered down, even though I get it with no ice. Thatā€™s not really a big deal though my biggest problem was the hard boba balls. There was yellow crust inside of one and I saved it to take a picture but I canā€™t find it. I did take a cute picture here at least!

Actually a really nice place to go, a large variety of teas, milk shakes, slushes, you can substitute regular milk for organic soy milk in any drink. Toppings like bobas, jelly, Oreos, etc. Many options are unsweetened, or you can choose if you want sugar in it, at least half of choices can be unsweetened. There's a restroom, a few tables and a bar table with bar chairs. No food, drinks only. Prices are reasonable, nice cups, very good presentation, feel like we will be often visitors.

Just went in and experienced terrible customer service. Was placing an order for 3 drinks and one had a sesame and peanut allergy so I simply asked them if that was ok and she said ā€œI think soā€ and I said are you 100% sure that there will be no cross contamination with anything and they simply shrugged and said ā€œno I canā€™t be sure.ā€ Then I asked if they could possibly contact a manager to ask (either by text or phone call because a manager was not present in store) and they said they couldnā€™t. Then, to clarify (because I wasnā€™t sure if it was a matter of the employees just not understanding), I asked if they could just use new utensils and a new blender when making the drink with allergies and again they shrugged and said no. The employee was genuinely just being so rude and held an attitude the whole. The drinks were good tho but we had to cancel the order...
