If I could give no stars I would. I called for roadside assistance at 12:45pm because I ran over a nail and my tire immediately went flat. They told me someone would be out here in 45 min. So I waited. The person that they dispatched showed up 10 min late. When he got here, he proceeded to tell me the job was cancelled and he couldnāt do anything about it. Then, I told him to wait because I was going to call Geico to see what happened because I didnāt cancel the job. While I was doing this the person from roadside asstance drove away. The geico representative on the phone told me they didnāt see it was cancelled so they called someone else. They said sorry they didnāt know how it got cancelled and that someone else could be out there in 45 more minutes. I had already been waiting an hour and a half. Iām seven months pregnant and should not be out in the hot sun changing my own tire, but I was left with no choice. All the geico representatives just said oh Iām so sorry.
