Taqueria Rosita — Restaurant in Charlotte

This food truck was not the best. The food is ok nothing special and the alpastor meat didn't taste like it should. Little flavor no pineapple topping/salsa to enhance the flavors. Proportionally the rice to meat ratio is not good. You might as well order a rice burrito light meat or hold the meat. Oh, and i had chunks of fat. The burrito is big but still not worth the money. That burrito will set you back $15 you read that right $15 no drink no sides just the burrito. They don't post their prices either. Price gouging like crazy. I got street tacos for lunch at a different street vendor and they were $2. $3.5 for the same size steak taco?! $12 for a chicken quesadilla?! You're crazy if you think I'll spend $70-80 to feed my family with this vendor. I went to Lupita's and spent $60. Got 1.5 lbs of carnitas, 2 lbs of chicken, 4 lbs of tortillas, 3 - 2 liter sodas, 2 containers of pico de gallo, 1 container of salsa, and 1 lb of adobo diezmillo steak to cook tomorrow. I read somewhere that these were the best tacos in Charlotte. I ordered 4 carnitas and 2 El pastor this time around. Last week I got 4 carnitas and 2 barbacoa. I thought it was a little expensive for $3.50 a taco but, when I saw them, I could understand why. Very meaty, double tortilla and extraordinary authentic taste.
