Read reviews, call and asked for a colorist and someone who cuts hair. They started that there was someone who could do just that. Well...I wanted to go silver because i'am crowned in gray and had brown and honey blonde applied about 4 or 5 months earlier. The color was going to be a 2 application process because it started irritating my scalp. The cut is what was totally jacked up. I only found out how bad it was is when I returned home and took a good look in the mirror at the top and sides that I knew I had to go to the barbershop and get the rest cut off. Sometimes it's ok if you don't mind starting over, which I didn't, but people please be honest and say if you can do something a customer ask you to do. It's our money, you want repeat business and more. I did my homework, but still....the outcome was bad. I will take some of the blame.... Awful Experience. Unprofessional Stylist Cornia cut all my hair off in a very ugly style. Good thing it was only 50 bucks. I will Never Ever Go to that Ghetto Place again. My Hair will grow back but they will never get my service again she had me wait 2 hours for a horrible hair style. Other Stylist making side comments. Horrible experience, had my hair colored by Tanya, colored requested honey brown, ended up with three different color in my head, pay $70. You Would think the professional thing to do is a color correction on my hair, shes asking for extra money to fix her mistake.
