Edit: I returned for a haircut and beard trim. Alexandra, the manager, was very accommodating and understanding of my last visit. She gave a fantastic haircut and beard trim. Again her and Nicole were fantastic company. I will be returning for them. They are great at what they do and you will have to schedule out a week or 2 if you want to schedule with them. Sadly, this review is about todays 6/12/24. I was scheduled for 930am. This was going to be great because it was going to be a head shave and beard trim. I'd finish the appointment and make my next appointment. I arrived at 915-920. One of the barbers finished one customer at about 935-940, then disappeared. The other barber let me know at 950 that he apologized for being behind and it would be another 5 mins. I couldn't wait that long since it would set all my other errands to being 25 mins behind.

She canceled my appointment for a haircut because I got there a couple of minutes lates, inspite of informing them and she just says sorry we need to reschedule. I drove more than an hour to get there just to find out that Kelly is someone who doesn't care. I was told to wait if I planned on getting a haircut the same day; while I waited I saw her accepting a client who came in even 11 minutes late. What should I call Kelly for differentiating between her 11 minutes late client and me?
Update: the manager Tammy read this post and took immediate action, she called me and tried her best to accommodate a slot for a haircut the same day with Tereza (she is awesome!). Just to get a call from Tami @ around 1:45 pm that they made a manual appointment for 2:15 so I would have to move my appointment to 3 because that was her next time available.
