This review is for the Harris Teeter at this location. Harris teeter has taken a huge nosedive in availability, variety, shelf restocking and their mobile app since their (Harris Teeter) sold to Kroger's. This store is an exception. Well stocked, clean, organized and overall a stand out over the other Harris Teeters I go to. Not only the groceries one needs or want's but several in store hot bars with a wide variety of food and seating to sit and enjoy your food. The one major problem with the Harris Teeter chain is their app. Forget using the app to find almost anything in the store. To sum it up an employee put it this way, "the app is worthless. Even our staff that are filling online orders can't find anything because they are constantly moving products and not updating the app." One fact I must note. During sale days once items on their shelves have been depleted it takes forever to restock. The do have the depleted stock in the back just don't restock or get it unless you ask. Read moreThis review is directed towards the Harris Teeter in this shopping center. My husband and I ran in to grab something for lunch from their hot food bar. I got one piece of chicken and two sides, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. It was over $18 just for my plate!!! If the price had been posted, ANYWHERE, I WOULD HAVE CHOSE SOMETHING ELSE. My husband grabbed a sub for $3.99. And here my food rang up over $18?? Anytime I have gotten a hot food plate at and grocery store deli, you get one meat and two veges for $8 or $9.
Long story short, buyer beware.
