I was a customer for a bit over one year. Good haircut with horrible customer service.

Strange Requests: It started with phone calls on the day of my appointment asking to move my appointment up or later to accommodate another customer. I agreed the first 2 times but began to decline his requests.

Unreliable: When I arrived at my appointment time, the male barber will be running behind so I got used to waiting 5-10 minutes. Not a big deal. But on many occasions, I had to wait 30+ minutes. He favors certain customers, taking walk-ins and will fit them into the schedule, making the next person with an appointment wait longer. I've witnessed this while getting my haircut many times...

Unprofessional: On my final haircut, there was a miscommunication on the appointment time. I spoke with Chi Phuong and scheduled my appointment with the male barber for 5:30. On my way there at 5:05, the male barber calls me and asks where I am at. I told him I was on my way there. He yells over the phone that my appointment was at 5 O'CLOCK and to HURRY UP then hangs up. Thinking that he was having a bad day, I dismissed his unprofessional behavior and I needed a haircut :). I speed and got there at 5:20. 10 minutes before the time of my original appointment. Then I had to wait 5 minutes for him to finish cutting someone else's hair!

He should not yell at his customers. There was a misunderstanding and he was already behind schedule so the need to rush someone to arrive early was unnecessary.

That was the last straw. We shouldn't support businesses with horrible customer service and rude behavior.

Although, Chi Phuong has always been friendly. But avoid the male barber!

Chị Phương did a very good job! I have always debating about cutting my hair that short. But when I come to chi Phuong, she gives me honest advices and recommends which style/length fit my face best! And that’s what I like about her! And I trust her with her amazing skills!

She is super friendly and kind! The price is reasonable! She really takes time with her customers so sometimes she is behind, but that is understandable. Worth my time and money here!

Great place for a haircut if you don't mind waiting half an hour or so. That's with an appointment.

Update 2-12-19. I have chalked it up to growing pains. This shop started out "walk In's welcome" and the 2 stylists quickly outgrew it. I have been twice since, and I was in the chair only minutes from my appointment.
