Normal branch on South Boulevard next to New Bern light rail. I came in one day to deal with a relatively complex estate matter that involved moving money from an account and closing it. It involved reaching out to WF national office as it was estate related. The folks in the branch delivered immaculate customer service. They were told by the "National Office" that this would take 7-10 days to research. They could have left it like that and sent me away. INSTEAD, Victoria and Oscarlyn did not relent and doubled down the effort, following up with numerous calls to WF Estate Services. In fact, we were on hold after bank hours closed and while they locked up the front doors, they continued working the issue. Finally the transfer issue was resolved and teller Destiny, who also stuck around after closing, helped me finish up the transaction. Read moreI’ve waited to review this location to see if they’d take action with their ATMS but now after my third time of having money taken from me I feel others should know not to use this location. The first two times my transactions were under $20 so I took the hit and moved on. This last time I deposited $315 and was told the turn around time to have my money back into my checking account would be 48hrs. It’s now been 4 days, a call with the branch manager and a claim that will not be expedited. I avoided the ATM after my first time having money taken and went to a teller who then asked me why I was using the staff and not the ATM. Having your money taken from you with no rectification is upsetting and unsettling the way they have no handle on helping you further. I’m hoping my claim gets settled soon so I can close...
Read moreI give this branch one star. I came in to withdraw money out of my account. I was told they couldn’t verify who I was after opening an online account. It didn’t make sense to me because I pulled up my online application and everything was correct.. my address, phone number, etc. I also made a deposit a week earlier so I’m assuming I was lied too. Instead of the manager Mr. Tony Lindemann coming over to resolve the issue and take the time to understand what was happening he proceeded to kick us out and still refused to give me my money! I definitely won’t be back and I will be taking further action. Thanks Wells Fargo!
