Yet again I went through the drive-through today, all you can do is withdrawals and deposits. I'm getting directed to other locations that are not convenient to me. Then I've got to drive at $3.50 a gallon to these locations when I'm already at your window. If you're not going to open the lobby because of your Covid fear at least empower your drive-through employees to do cashiers checks, money orders other small items besides just withdrawals and deposits. Read moreThis is a racist bank branch ever! I walked in to open a quick business bank account but lady at the help desk asked us to bring the secretary of state documents. I told them I never heard that before I had opened different bank accounts but usually they check and download with secretary of state, it's better to verify this way. When I said I should have it in my email. They right away said you have to make an appointment. Maybe I don't look white enough for them. They lost my business for life. Read moreI went into Wells Fargo to try and close an account and had a difficult time due to corporate issues (we were on the phone with corporate the whole time and they were not making it easy). They were unable to close my account after being there for around an hour and I had to go back again the next day which took another hour or so.
