The Skin Lounge — Attraction in Chatham

I have had two great experiences at The Skin Lounge so far. My first visit was for Morpheus8 and the second was for my first laser hair removal treatment. I had the pleasure of being treated by Ashley for Morpheus8 and Tiana for laser hair removal, and they were both skilled and knowledgeable on both treatments. When receiving Morpheus8, you initially receive a numbing cream that makes the process much more comfortable. Laser hair removal begins with a cooling gel that minimizes the pain, allowing it to feel bearable and similar to a bit of heat and a rubber band lightly snapping on your skin. A skin test is conducted for you prior to beginning the treatment to ensure you are receiving the correct laser strength suitable for your skin type. Both treatments left me with redness that faded fairly quickly. The M.D. supervisor, Dr. Mustafa is also very knowledgeable on the various skin treatments, and is able to help guide you in making the best choice of treatment for your skin type. I’m sure many can agree that feeling comfortable is very important when receiving intimate treatments such as these, and both Tiana and Ashley made me feel at ease. Tiana would clearly explain what she was going to do before doing it, and would make sure I was okay before proceeding, which I greatly appreciated.
