Massage Heights Gunbarrel Road — Attraction in Chattanooga

I went there a couple weeks ago. It was my 2nd visit, my 1st someone gave me a gift card and I really enjoyed it, and it didn't go well at all. I had called that morning to see if there were any availabilities as I had hurt my back at work and just wanted some relief. They were able to get me in for a 30 minute appointment at 130, perfect. I show up a few minutes early and the receptionist let's me know that they are just waiting on the other client to get out of the room. Ok cool. The other client was still in the room and it was now into my appointment time. The receptionist assured me that it was ok and my massage therapist would still be giving me my full time. Great. I finally went back to the room at 140. The massage was good and then all the sudden over and i was told we were all done. It was 157 when I turned around to look at their clock. That wasn't my full time at all. I go to pay and the charge is $69.99 whoa. For a 17 minute massage? When I question the price I was informed that's the non member price. Uh, alright then. She tells me they usually give member pricing when it's your first or 2nd visit and I guess after seeing my face she said they could offer me the $34.99 being my 2nd visit. I left the lady a tip and walked out very irritated. I booked a 30 minute massage, was late because of another client, didn't get my full time after being told i would- i only got 17 minutes, and still paid full member price. I won't...

I love Massage Heights! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is clean and inviting and you immediately feel the relaxing and great vibes of this place. I had two appointments last weekend and they were amazing as always. It has been a couple months since I was in. It was my first time having a facial done by Ally as I called last minute. Ally was excellent, personable, and sweet, as well as attentive to my skin and what my concerns were. She noticed some areas where my skin is struggling and had some recommendations about what to use to help. I left feeling so refreshed and confident! Highly recommend Ally! I also had a massage done by Angie. Angie is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Her pressure level is exactly what I need every time and she is the kind of massage therapist I have been looking for. I leave feeling so relieved from tension and stress, relaxed, and rejuvenated every single time. I get sad every time the 60 or 90 minute appointment is up because I don't want it to end. And lastly, shout out to the ladies in the front. Jaycee, Sarah, and Lauren were super helpful in helping me purchase the products I needed, schedule my future appointments, and get me back on track with my membership. NOW THE COMPANY HAD BLOCKED ME FROM SHOWING MY REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM HAHA ARE WE MAD THAT I SENT U THE PHOTO OF THE GIFT CARD I HAVE THAT YALL LIED AND SAID I NEVER EVEN HAD ARE WE MAD THAT UR COMPANY IS BEING RAN insignificantly into the ground The receptionist is God awful sat there and giggled at me and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called multiple times. They didn’t even have a manager on staff whenever I called. Had to wait for a manger to get back to the office to help I even had to sit there and talk to the owner who refused to help me kept offering me products and to get a facial but I think the craziest part is the owner telling me if I came back with the gift card we could work something out as he walked away to go talk to the others all the sudden cops show up but were we abt to fix the issue ourselves??? and even had me trespassed for asking for a refund when I never set foot in your building Honestly, a crazy business scheme y’all run since I’ve heard about you asking managers to sign NDA’s before they get fired, now let’s get into the missing money that y’all move out of your MEMBERS ACCOUNTS and otw not forget how ur girl Ashly pulled an employee into a room with no camera and shut the door so u could discuss her poor performance, but you didn’t want it.
