I'd give these people 0 if I could. Took my daughter in for an eye exam, get the same exact RX she had from her last exam 18 months ago, pick up her glasses on my lunch break an take them home, she can't see any better out of them than her old ones because duh same RX she was already having trouble seeing out of. We go back they do a re exam after picking a new frame I'm told they are like 80+ more for color we wanted ......so I simply ask to just get a refund for the glasses the response I got was " Even after the re exam?!" .......like I should have felt obligated to buy something else from them because they are examined her eyes when they clearly didn't get it right the first time?!?! .......I was then told that her Rx didn't change that it was exactly the same as the last one.......while I'm looking at them both in my hand and they are clearly not the same Rx at all !? He takes the glasses and says that's fine we will refund them. I had set up payments through affirm so I mentioned that and was told they would issue a refund and affirm would send me an email. He was incredibly rude about it too. I asked if there was something I could get to show I returned them and was told again that they would process a refund and affirm would email me once it updated. ....I never should have left.....I Waited 10 days and finally called their customer service number I was told the refund had processed that morning how convenient a month later I now have disputed my affirm account because there's no refund being shown anywhere from anyone. I'm almost positive the person I talked to on the phone who said the refund had been issued lied to me too. I went here because my daughter needed glasses to start back to school and they offered same day appointments which for someone who works on- call like myself is a huge convenience. There were so many red flags I have to accept some of the responsibility for not just leaving immediately especially whenever we were told there was no actual eye Dr there it was all done via video chat. This place is scam and having employees that lie directly to your face about there not being any difference in the eye exams done less than a week apart when you are looking straight at them !!!! Is about as unprofessional as it comes. There were other customers actually complaining in the store out loud about them being a scam and this being the 2nd or 3rd time they have lied to them! This place needs to be shut down! I am still no closer to seeing a refund as I was over...
Read moreDon't believe the marketing. Like all cheap glasses places, they bait and switch like crazy. The reps will all suggest the highest price frames and upsell the types of lenses and coatings at every opportunity. I went in expecting the two for $79, going through the motions they wanted over $600 at checkout. The one rep got very pushy about financing through affirm, even to the point of not letting me read the terms and pushing "I accept" on my phone without my consent. Even going with the cheapest frames that I liked I still paid nearly $250 for one pair of glasses, granted, my prescription is fairly strong. High praise to Lexi, without whom I would have walked out after the disrespect from the other rep. Anyone shopping here should be aware that the exam is NOT FREE, if you decide to not get glasses after the exam, you still have to pay the $65 exam fee that they give a credit for when you buy the glasses.
Update: I had rated the business as 2 star, but after my review the business owner personally reached out asking if there was anything he could do to make it right. He promised to personally speak with the rep to ensure that the situation doesn't happen to anyone else and to turn my negative experience into a positive one. While I'm not sure what can be done to make this a good experience, I do appreciate the level of integrity the owner showed in reaching out and trying to...
Read moreI was referred to this eyeglass store by a co-worker who raved about their excellent customer service, and I can confidently say I was not disappointed! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me despite spending most of my time with him—my apologies!). He was incredibly helpful, walking me through the store, suggesting eyewear, and sharing his extensive knowledge about the brands they carry and even what new styles were coming soon. His feedback on different styles was spot-on.
While they don’t have an on-site doctor, their telehealth option was seamless—just like visiting any other eyeglass establishment. I spoke directly with a doctor, who conducted my exam virtually without any issues.
At checkout, Sam was amazing! She clearly explained my billing statement and made it easy to customize my order by adding or removing options. What stood out most was that no one tried to upsell me anything. They truly let you decide how much or how little assistance you want, creating a relaxed, no-pressure shopping experience. It was a refreshing reminder of old-school customer service.
To top it all off, we discovered that my co-worker gets a free pair of sunglasses (a $169 value!) for referring me. Bonus! The Owner mentioned their is a location in Hixson.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality eyewear and...
