Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Received the wrong order and when we called to see if there was any way to fix this we were effectively brushed off after promises of the manager contacting us. It's been days since I've called with no resolution nor response and it's upsetting to see that a place i've frequented often has such little care for customer service and relations. My order was a waste of money at this point but I'm not able to return it or get my money back despite being given the wrong thing.

To clarify, I have already reached out to the location directly as you recommend. Your seasoned management was efficient & swift at brushing off my complaint. I was told I’d be contacted by a manager, this never occurred. Id hope after 10+ years there’d be a some better solutions available than this but here we are. While I know my complaint isn’t as high stakes as getting free food, having my fully priced order completely ruined & never rectified was just as frustrating. I've also escalated this issue further after no attempts at communication have been made, and saw that instead of returning my call the owner has decided to take every recent negative review and claim them as people trying to get free food from a fake account. Come here if you don't care about your order being correct or being fixed...

Decided to pick up tonight for a lunch surprise at work tomorrow. The cashier was really nice and it was very clean inside. It’s always been a hit with the girls at work. So I was feeling really pleased with my idea. I ordered 3 different lb containers of chicken salad, 1 pound of brocolli salad and a chicken tortilla soup. The soup was packaged in a styrofoam container (odd) so I checked the order to make sure it was there. Unfortunately I didn’t check to make sure the rest of the order was in the bag. Ended up with only 2 of the chicken salads. By the time I was home, they had already closed so I couldn’t go back. Unfortunately my work isn’t close enough to go get more at lunch tomorrow. I’ll still surprise my co-workers and they’ll enjoy it! I’ll excuse myself and say I’m not hungry. That won’t be a lie... a $10.99 shortage on my order... really has caused me to lose my appetite!!! To some people that might not be a big enough error to complain about but to me it’s not about the food... IT’S ABOUT BEING CHEATED! I BASICALLY OPENED MY WALLET AND GAVE THEM $10.99 plus...

Second bad meal at this place. Came in and placed a To Go order. Keep in mind the food doesn't even have to be cooked. I placed an order and had maybe two people in front of me..I watched those ladies pick up their order plus two more that came in behind me and received theirs before I politely asked where my order was. I ordered cheesecake, was not told it was pumpkin. I didn't want pumpkin, I wanted plain cheesecake. I got a cheap, deli slab slice of turkey with nothing on it, certainly a sandwich I don't have to pay $8.00 for. Pasta salad tasted like it had some type of cleaner that may have got spilled into it...I don't know that's what happened, I'm just saying that's what it tasted like. For $8.00 you should at least get the option of a toasted croissant. I can get a cold one at any deli. So what they did was throw together the order. I had to wait 20 minutes for crappy, overpriced food that didn't even have to be cooked and 50% of it wasn't even what I ordered. I will NEVER visit this...
