Honestly everyone at this facility was truly amazing from the instructor to everyone in the inspection station 4/12/2024 it was a Friday! My daughter had her driving test and I canāt even say how fast and easy they all made it that I even got my inspection done and it all took less then 40 mins. There was this rv set up outside where they do the licenses itās genius. I met two amazing employees I want to give shout outs too first Yuriy he is also with the rv dmv on the go they travel to diff locations when I tell you they are all sweet hearts, on top of itās soooo fast yall!! Iām 35 itās been a min but I canāt even tell you how fast it all took in every dark station it was so impressive to be honest. My daughter even got nervous and her apt time was past and they told her to take her time and for us to relax! Grace who also worked on the mobile rv had a beautiful energy from the moment we said hi and I just couldnāt forget her name Grace! She was as sweet as pie and when I said her and yuriy were so darn kind and made my anxiousness all go away talking to them two made a whirl wind of a difference! I came to register a vehicle with a valid New York driverās license, work permit, proof of address in New Jersey, and every document required under the official MVC 6 Point ID Verification system.
I met all legal requirements. Still, the staff refused to help me, dismissed my documents without review, and called security on me for simply insisting on my legal right to register the vehicle.
I recorded the entire encounter and have full proof that I had everything required.
This is more than just a bad experience. Itās a violation of basic respect and fair treatment, especially for immigrants and working-class individuals who are doing things the right way.
Iām posting this review to raise awareness and prevent others from being treated this way. If anyone from the New Jersey MVC or state government sees this: please train your staff, enforce the laws equally, and stop unjustly denying services.
