Great Bridge Shopping Center — Attraction in Chesapeake

Great selection of items. I went there to find a winter hat in the spring. I wasn't hopeful that I would find one so I asked a clerk who was doubtful as well hut gave me great directions for where to look and boy was I surprised to find that they had tons on a bottom shelf! I bought one for myself and picked up a few more to give to other parents so that their young players wouldn't catch a cold. It didn't cost a fortune to do a good deed but I miss the true $1 experience. I hope the chain will see the value of being a dollar store and chop off the price increase soon. It's conveniently located between my house and workplace so I shop here a lot. Great shopping and restaurant options! Unfortunately Tuesday Morning is no longer open as that was a lovely place for last minute gifts. I love the addition of Kroger a couple of years ago. I went to the Dollar Tree today. Found the candy I was looking for there. My only problem with the store, is they are following the path of the other stores as far as self checkout. You get to the front and there's not a single person at a regular register. If you want to check out you have to check yourself out.
