Review: A Disappointing and Overpriced Experience I recently hosted my daughter's party at this venue, and I am incredibly disappointed with the overall experience—especially considering the steep cost of $627. From the start, the service was poorly managed. Despite arriving 15 minutes early to check in and get the party started on time, I was made to wait for 15–20 minutes before being checked in, while three employees sat behind the counter. Only one worker acknowledged me and began the check-in process. This delay set the tone for the entire event. Our party was scheduled from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm, but we didn’t actually enter the first bounce room until 3:05 pm. When I asked if we would get our five lost minutes back, the hostess, "Pink," informed me that no, we wouldn’t, as another party was coming in right after us. This was frustrating, as I had paid for the full time slot, and five minutes would have made a difference for the kids’ enjoyment. Once we finally moved to the second bounce room at 3:30 pm, the experience was further marred. One of the main attractions was closed down, and the remaining ones weren’t appropriate for the age group of 5 and younger. This left the kids disappointed and frustrated as they were repeatedly told they couldn’t play on certain attractions. To make matters worse, one of the attractions malfunctioned, and the netting broke, which further reduced their playtime. At 4:00 pm, we were moved to the party room, where it was time to eat. However, the pizza served to the kids, including the birthday girl, was cold—extremely disappointing for what we paid. To top it all off, we were supposed to receive 15 ice cream cups as part of the "Spectacular 15" package, but these were never provided, and no one addressed it. The total lack of attention to detail and the failure to provide everything promised for the price was shocking. For $627, I expected a well-organized, enjoyable experience for my daughter and her friends. Instead, I felt cheated out of both time and quality. The management is very poor. Each party my kids have attended had issues. The important ones were: my 3 year old attending a party was not being watched and was allowed to walk out the front door and the other issue makes the first seems worse because of safety issues. My 7 year old attended a party more recently and the staff had only few words for us, "come back at 10:15." There was nobody else in sight at the entrance to the bounce room #1 and I did not see any parents there so I waited in my car for the remainder of the time. I went in at 10:15 waiting for the party to let out. Several minutes went by and I had to ask where my child was and was directed to a room where several parents were sitting. I wondered where they came from because I had not seen them hanging out in the lobby like I was. Come to find out the parents that were there stuck around during the party in the bounce room. I was led to believe it was a drop off situation, however would have rather had been in the room with my child. Had my child walked out the front door nobody would have been there to catch him like we did the first time while hanging out in the lobby.

I could understand each of these occurrances justified had there been a crowd of people but I saw nobody except staff who showed no effort to communicate with me, someone who looked lost, and another family of 4 waiting for their partiers to show up.

Unfortunately in the future I will decline party invitations that take place at Bounce U. It's a great place to have a kids party and while mine have a blast the management needs some serious improvements in customer...

Dear Bounce U corporation, I was very pleased with you. The entertainment industry you have supplied for not only children of all ages but for parents as well has exceeded expectations beyonds its limits. The first time I stepped through the door of Bounce U Chesterfield, I knew from there I was going to love this place. The atmosphere, the staff, the equipment, everything in the building made me want to BOUNCE! I was so excited to see what you guys had in store.

When I walked through the first Bounce Room and saw Boulder balance and the huge slide, my eyes widened with joy. I mean I don't think I've smiled as hard as I did that day. I remember the party host, I think their name was... nvm I forgot. Silly me! But they were super cool and nice though. The 30 minutes of bouncing in each room was AMAZING. There was also BUBBLES!!!!!!!! I LOVE BUBBLES! POP POP POP POP. That's what it was like playing with the bubbles. Although I got bubble stuck in my hair. BOOO! The party room was also super great too. After they sang happy birthday, the party host said they'll take my cupcakes and eat them all in the back!! oh those silly hosts. After the party was done, the staff was really nice on my way out! I was like "Woah, this place is bouncetastic!"

I noticed a couple problems though.The party hosts promised me the Bounce U safety video was the best movie on the planet. They lied. I thought the graphics were unoriginal. Not only that, one of the party hosts popped my bubble, and that was my bubble to pop. Rude.

Other than that, I will definitely be returning. Thank you Bounce U for all...
