Denver Mattress — Attraction in Cheyenne

Well, I walked into the Denver Mattress store here in Wyoming. Kyle Jeffers was in the store helping another customer. I looked around and saw all the mattresses while Kyle was helping the customer. When Kyle was finished with that customer he came right over to where I was. He apologized for the wait and proceeded to help me find the RIGHT” mattress. Kyle showed me several mattresses he thought would work well for me. Kyle was very professional, kind, & knowledgeable of the mattresses. I found the whole experience to be EXCEPTIONABLY AWESOME. Purchased a Royal Purple seat cushion on 8/28/21 being informed it has a 30 day return window if it wasn't what I wanted or didn't help. I realized it was not the product I had hoped it would be 8/29/21. Found myself at a different location of Denver Mattress and loved a Purple pillow that wasn't in stock at that location. Called my local Cheyenne store and found out they did have what I was looking for. Went in and purchased the pillow, from Zach, and mentioned needing to return the seat cushion. Zach quickly informed me that they do not take returns on the cushions or the pillow that I had just purchased, only on mattresses. Thank you, Jennifer B. at Furniture Row Digital Community Coordinator. All issues were addressed and Denver Mattress took the extra steps to meet our expectations. Not only were we able to retrieve the correct order, that we looked forward to having, but Mr.Apodaca place the merchandice in my vehicle for me. He even offered to have it delivered! He was very cooperative when addressing the manufacturers ear in the bed sheets we received from Denver mattress. I explained to him the problem with the textile & exchange sheets.

I am very relieved & quite happy with the prompt response. I am also impressed that the situation was addressed in less than 24 hours.
