Anyone rating this 5 stars and calling it a spa experience has never been to a real spa. There were moments of this service that were relaxing, but overall it was not a relaxing or spa experience. It was weird vibes from the moment I sat down, you’re handed sandals that I don’t think are sanitized, then with truly no rhyme or reason you’re called back to get your scalp looked at. There is a language barrier and the women are doing their best, but it was hard to understand what they were trying to convey. The hair brushes they use do not seem to actually be sanitized. My biggest issue with this spot is that the rooms are SHARED, so if you go alone, you are partnered with a total stranger with just a thin sheet between your stations and asked to undress. Umm?? What??? My service was nice, some of it was a little rough and confusing (you get a shoulder massage with shampoo— okay lol) but I appreciated the woman who did my service did check in with me to make sure pressure, temp was okay. I didn’t have issues with the water smelling, but when they did the steam treatment that did smell mildew-y to me. I also did not see anyone go into the room to sanitize the beds between services however. After the service I had to wait with wet hair for about 5 minutes for a blow dry station to open up (not sure why there aren’t more blow dry stations, as there were people with wet hair waiting when I left!) and it was a very basic blow dry (not a blowout, but that was expected). I was able to pay with a credit card for my service but had to tip via Venmo as I did not have cash. I don’t like tipping a business Venmo because I have no way of knowing the actual person who did my service will get the tip. Feels sketchy to me. For a $98 service (and basically mandatory $20 tip) I would rather go to a real spa that is actually relaxing. If this business wants to improve, roll out some real sanitation standards, and make rooms single-person only, at least as an option. I’d pay $10 more to be in a private room.

10/10 This is my second time visiting, first time feel very rush maybe because it’s on week end. Today I give them a second try and I LOVE it!!! “Sunny” very great at her job. Recommend to go on weekday/ not rush hour so you can enjoy every step. I will be back again for sure.

Extremely disappointed! I was looking forward to this for months, and it was not only a huge let down it was a mini anxiety attack. From start to finish I had an extremely horrible experience, not relaxing one bit. For starters NOTHING is sanitized or wiped down. You literally watch the employees use the same brushes and toss them back into a drawer with someone else’s hair on them. When I went to sit down to get my scalp analyzed, there was someone else’s hair on the chair I had to dust off myself, then she pulled out a brush that had long black stands of hair (I’m blonde). The employees don’t speak much English so they hand you this “cheat sheet” and point for you to figure out what’s wrong with your scalp. They never tell you what service you’re receiving or what products are being used. If you have any allergies or sensitivity you will never be advised of what’s going on your scalp. The water smells disgusting! A combo of backed up sewer and perm solution, it’s nauseating. The technician is so rough, it’s 3 days later and my scalp still hurts. After getting your hair all tangled they attempt to comb it out with shampoo in it, not even moisturized. It’s painful! My neck and shoulders were massaged with shampoo, then they put what’s supposed to be a magical waterfall rinse as seen on TikTok over you and it runs down your chin and neck and all you can smell is that horrific smell. To make matters worse I paid extra for a longer massage, don’t do it! They turn the shampoo bowl into a massage table with this makeshift super uncomfortable plastic board. Your now face down in the shampoo bowl with all the disgusting water, I don’t know how you’re supposed to enjoy a massage when you’re breathing that in. To make matters worse, the board isn’t attached to anything, so as the women is giving me the worse massage I ever received, and I’m legit praying for it to be over; my breast gets caught in between, it hurt so bad! When I went to jump up, she pushed my head back down. At that point I had to put an end to this torture. I demanded she stopped, I had already asked her 10+ times if she could please stop being so rough. With the language barrier she had no idea what I was saying. Finally I wanted to run out if this place, but I was met by the owner. As soon as she was done screaming at her employees for who knows what because I hadn’t even said a word to her yet. And didn’t plan on it. I was extremely shocked when she told me I wasn’t leaving a big enough tip for this torture I had just endured. I shouldn’t have left a tip at all! I handed her cash, and she told me she didn’t have any cash to give me my change. I said ok no problem, let me pay with a card. She said the card reader is down. Just tip her all of it. I said no thank you. She said if you had a problem tell me, I said it’s ok can I please have my shoes and my change and I will be on my way. She started to interrogate me, and raise her voice. So at this point I had enough, I felt cornered. I let her know exactly what happen, she said “don’t worry she sucks, I’ll fire her” I said that’s not necessary just please give me my shoes. She wouldn’t, this went on for 10 mins. She just kept saying don’t leave me a review! Reviews are bad! Don’t leave a bad review! When I just kept asking for my shoes, she said something to another employee in a different language and the employee ran to the front and locked the door. As if they weren’t going to let me leave. She tried handing me some oil and some foot cushions so I wouldn’t leave a bad review. I never mentioned I was going to leave a bad review but she’s so traumatized from all the bad reviews she’s already gotten. I definitely should have read them prior to coming. She made me promise her I wouldn’t leave a review before she would give me MY shoes and unlock the door. I had to ask over 8 times, and at the end I had to start yelling right back. She refused to unlock the door. And to make matters worse, when I shared my injury with her, she magically had a wad of cash to give me my change. Avoid this...

Came here with a friend to relax and it was absolutely no that by the end of it.. Everything started off well, however, while they were doing the scalp massage, I noticed how tangled and matted they got our hair. I could hear and feel them ripping and tugging on my hair getting the tangles out, which definitely concerned me and my friend as that is VERY damaging to hair. The massage was also WAY too hard. Both my friend and I hours after our massage were in pain on our upper shoulders/lower neck area. Waking up during the night while trying to sleep because of how uncomfortable I was. We both got up to check each other out for bruises, because we were convinced we would have bruises due to the pain we were in. Rewind to the actual service, they blow dry the hair at the end and then we go back up to the front desk to pay. They say they only take Zelle or Venmo (even though we saw a card machine…). Felt pretty sketched out but that, because why as a business are you asking for funds through a site that is not tracked by the government. It screamed fraud. While we both paid, I asked the front desk lady if the account on my Venmo was the correct person to pay after I showed her my phone and the account to be sure, and she said yes. So I paid them. She said she didn’t get the funds which was weird, so I showed her my phone again, confirming the funds were sent. She said it was odd, but would talk to her manager to confirm, and would reach out via phone if anything else was needed, great. We left thinking everything was okay at this point, and got into my car to leave. This front desk person came running to my car window saying how I didn’t pay. Of course I told her I did, and showed her again. THEN she tells me that is the wrong account, and is the name for the Zelle. How sketchy is it that this business has 2 different names on Zelle and Venmo (neither are in the business name by the way, just some random name, which also sketched me out because I’m sure the account goes directly to the owner of this place and not to the workers who we were all REQUIRED to tip). So after she confirmed it was the correct account inside, I PAID THE WRONG PERSON on Venmo. She got very defensive and basically said “you can get your money back from Venmo”, and left. Well I can’t. So now I have to go through my bank to hopefully dispute that charge which I know is going to be a big headache. So I left this place paying DOUBLE and waking up in pain and discomfort because of how rough the massage was. It’s a cute concept but my first experience was less than ideal, and after how much pain I was in after this “massage”, I...

Saw the review on here from Hayley Braun and it confirmed everything that happened to me. This is a chop shop salon. I arrived on time for my 1pm appointment and there was a man who had a 1pm appointment too. He was a total stranger to me. We were not asked if we knew each other but quickly hurried into slippers and given a 1-2 minute view of our scalp. There was a clear language barrier so the evaluation I received was “dry”. Then we were hurried into a room together. Once again, I am now being paired together with a man I do not know. We get into the room and they tell us to take off our shirts…. I was not given a private room or bathroom to change, nothing. But don’t worry the workers left us alone to disrobe. Thank god I had a sports bra on and I am not too conscious of my body. Nevertheless, this is unacceptable. I did not know this man. He did not know me. And all of a sudden we are shirtless in a room alone together. Not okay. Hayley’s post mentioned the water smelling of sewage. That is 100% correct. When they bring out the waterfall machine, that’s all you can smell. I had the same smell with the steam machine as well. There seems to be no sanitation. We go through the service, it’s not good. My hair salon gives a better scalp massage when shampooing my hair. It’s so hard to go through these services when you can’t properly communicate due to a language barrier. We go to do the blow dry at the end and of course the stranger guy finishes in 2 minutes. Once finished the worker offered for him to “sit and stay with your girlfriend”. I quickly interrupted and said “nope we don’t know each other. We are total strangers”. After this you could tell the workers were so embarrassed and started gossiping in a language I could not understand. This made me feel so uncomfortable and I wanted to leave but my hair was still so wet. When I went to pay I insisted on using my card after being asked to use Venmo. When I insisted, the receptionist seemed put off. My hair is fine, it definitely smells funky (like sewage) but it’s fine. The service was bad. I Will never be going back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend...
