I went to the jewelry store on a recommendation from a gym buddy who had a beautiful piece from Treasures. He told me his piece was an original, and he got a fair price from them. I went to Treasures and I did not anticipate buying anything. I really wanted to just look. The sales staff was so friendly, and the selections were so beautiful. After browsing, I randomly asked if they could complete a piece for me and showed them the piece from the internet. Not only did they tell me they could complete the piece but they also showed me how they could do it better for a very reasonable price. I usually am not the person to make impromptu purchases. I ended up dropping two mortgage payments based upon my comfort level in dealing with them. They have made a customer for life. Literally, an entire stone fell out and I couldn’t get that replaced. I was told by the staff that I had to re purchase the diamond. Now I’m stuck with a ring with no diamond in it. What a joke!
