First experience with Atila was great. It's why we decided to purchase our wedding rings here, but know that you can get the same quality rings elsewhere for much cheaper. Second experience with the the owner's mom was on the fence and not as great as the first, but not horrible. Just started to get some weird vibes. Third and fourth experience were terrible. Third experience they told me that our wedding rings were ready to be picked up via call and text, so I drove there, but only one out of the two were ready. Miscommunication on their end. Fourth experience was horrible. When we bought the wedding rings, then said to bring it in for a rhodium dip and that they would take care of it, complimentary. I called ahead of time and the girl who picked up the phone said that if I had brought in my ring on a Saturday they could have the rhodium dip for my engagement ring ready by Thursday because our wedding was on Friday. My now-husband brought it in on a Saturday and then on Friday - the day of our wedding - when he went into the store, they said they didn't have it and scrambled looking for it. Our wedding was that same day. Then they also said they would not keep their word with taking care of the charges. Wasted his time and told him to come back later in hopes that we would have it for the wedding ceremony, which thankfully we did last minute. Overall super disappointed with the communication here and it’s clear don’t value us as customers, they just see us as another sale oe number. The owner would rather make up a ton of excuses rather than keep us as a client. We would not recommend Diamond & Design...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, an offer for a beverage and a snack and lots of support from the experts to make sure I was getting what I wanted, even if I had no idea what I wanted.

Homeira and Atila run a very respectable family business. They truly are the best at what they do. You can tell how much they enjoy it, which is a pleasure in itself. They have the respect of their clients as well as the solid relationships with the diamond suppliers to get the best of the best.

When it came to choosing the right diamond, Atila's GIA certification (takes major school time) came into play. He knew exactly how to simply explain the diamond ratings to help me feel know about the process. The diamonds he buys on a weekly basis are top quality, but also are packed with extreme value. He used his skills to suggest several that would meet my need. I'm picky because my gf is picky, but I'm also indecisive so this is a combination for failure. Well, it was a challenge that Atila met wholeheartedly and he didn't quit until we found just the right one....which ultimately was the very first combination he suggested lol. Bless you Atila!
