One recommendation for this location would be to answer the phone! I placed an online order for two veggie bowls: one chicken and one steak. I wanted to take out the cabbage from the bowl So I called right after I placed the order, repeatedly, and got no answer each time I called. On the fourth or fifth time I called they finally answered and told me that they cannot take out the cabbage from the bowls since they were already made and the delivery guy would be picking up the food in 2 mins. I’m not upset just annoyed because if they would have answered the first few times that I called they would have made it the way I wanted it. Read moreI went to the Waba Grill on Thursday night 10/22 around 6:50pm and I ordered one single Waba Rice Bowl I was order #185. Thirty minutes later. #188 called up had 6 bowls 1 plate. Then #187 another 6 or 7 entrees on that order. Remember these orders were entered AFTER mine! They are also bigger orders. I ordered one bowl. This needs to be addressed. I refunded my order after 35 minutes of waiting. No apology no talking...
