We booked Infuzion Zone for my son’s delayed 12th birthday celebration and couldn’t have been happier! The entire process was very simple to see the options online and make a choice. My son wanted to check it out so we went down there ahead of time, asked a bunch of questions, and paid the deposit. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. While I didn’t use the feature, it was cool they had a way to design invitations and send them out, I’ll know better next time as we had already did the old fashioned way.
Day of the event was fantastic. Brenda was our party host and was great in keeping all the kids aware of the activities and timing. My son commented to me how much he liked the pizza compared to other parties he had been to, I didn’t know he had such a developed palette. I had fun playing the arcade games, we liked the bowling game, the basketball game, and the snowmobile racer. The kids played laser tag like 4 times and did VR a bunch of times. It was a great mix to bounce between arcade, laser tag, VR, pizza, to keep everything fun for everyone to do what appealed to them.
All the games worked great, the place was immaculate, everyone was super nice, the entire experience was fantastic! The parents that came were all impressed with how much fun the kids were having doing all the activities. I 10000% recommend Infuzion Zone for a party, it was a fantastic time for all of us. Thank you again for making the day a...
Read moreIts a little place tucked in the shopping plaza next to smart and final grocery store. We got the unlimited pass wrist bands on Sunday. Kids enjoyed the laser tag but were only able to play twice in the 2 hour slot and VR once. They have the rewards card system for playing in the arcade. We got 25 credits with the band but each game was about 6 credits and the claw machine was 8 for only one try. They had a cafe on site but food was not appetizing, pricey and low in stock. Kids got hungry so we tried pretty much everything. Pizza was very thin, pretzel was rock hard, slushy tasted watered down, cheese was dumped over the nachos making it soggy, and the dip n dots came in many flavors. They were in this flimsy plastic baggy style packaging which was inconvenient for little kids. They didn't have churros or mini donuts even though it was on the menu boards. The kids soft play area looked run down. The foam padding was falling apart, and looking dirty. They were missing several lights too which made the place look dingy. Lots of scheduled group parties were coming and going. On the positive side, The guy at the check in counter was super nice. I noticed the workers refilling the toys in the claw machine with stuffed bunnys and bears. Seems like the kids had fun but the place could do better...
Read moreI would give this place a 3.5 So the indoor playground is small, it's a fraction of the Montclair mall's kids empire. I only mention that because honestly it's so small it should be free, you shouldn't have to pay for it but it$12 fee. It's small but $5 would have been sufficient
The games utilize a lot of tokens...like 5-6 Avg so a card doesn't go very far. I wish they had some games for 2 or 4 tickets so that you can really use the whole card
The laser tag fits a certain number of people so if your come with a small party you will be grouped in with another party which fine depending on the age of your kids. Nevertheless my kids LOVED IT!!! The 20min time is good
This spot is cool but small and not a ton of games
We paid $150 for a family game of laser tag, $30 game card and the indoor playground. I think $100 may have been a better price
Nice place to have in the community though. We would come back but I would plan differently. It is a clean facility, the staff is client centered, helpful and they accommodate well. I love that this place supports God and...
