TL;DR - Manager Tim is childishly rude 😏
Tim, a manager at Sprouts, was working a cash register. Tim kept muttering immature things under his breath like "Ugh, good god" and "Come onnnn", seemingly because of us (the customers) in his line. I noticed this before Tim started tossing our groceries from the scanner to the bagger. There's maybe a foot of space between the scanner and bagger, really no need to throw groceries instead of placing them. But that didn't stop Tim from deciding to chuck our things around with all the attitude of a petulant child.
We gave Tim an employee number for a 15% discount, he typed it in three times and said the number wasn't working. We confirmed with our family member right after that their employee number is still valid, so this means Tim just didn't type it in right. Once? Accident, of course. Three times? Deliberate. That final bill was over $100 so yeah, pretty significant to not have the discount.
Maybe Tim doesn't like slow customers🤔maybe Tim hates that he's a manager and still has to work on the cash register🤔maybe Tim doesn't like Asians or brown people 🤨
Doesn't matter, Tim. Whatever is bothering Tim to the point he feels the need to make exasperated, snarky, passive-aggressive remarks in front of customers while tossing groceries around like an angsty teenager, that doesn't mean he has to express his frustration to/against the customers.
Tim needs to chill out with that 🤏🏼 D energy, quit acting like such an entitled boomer, learn how to keep your problems to yourself Mr. Tim...
Read moreWent to the location in Chino Hills, had not visited here before usually go to the one in Rancho Cucamonga which we love. This Sprouts was not busy at all we must have come at the perfect time which I was excited about. We did our shopping then headed to the deli to pick up some lunch meats. We stood there about 5 minutes while a girl behind the counter just continued to treat us like we were invisible. No acknowledgement, nothing. A guy saw us also and said nothing. There were no other customers around, just us. Communication would have been great. Eventually we got tired of waiting and left. We went to check out and asked if there was a manager around and the guy said he didn’t know where one was at the moment which was odd to me, aren’t they supposed to be around for stuff like this? Anywho this sprouts needs a better system. The one In rancho is the best. I won’t be going back to...
Read moreI went to this location yesterday. I havent been here since I moved to rancho cucamonga last years. Its used to be a nice place to shop for food. I noticed meat selection have change. and also the cashier are not honest and not polite. not only that she cheat me out on the amount I bought. I only bought one pound of oak meal, one pounds of tomatoes, half a pound of walnut. She charged me 2pounds for oak meal, 1.84 pound for tomatoes and 1.5 pounds for walnut. I didnt realized it until I came home and scale them myself. the only scale she got it correct was the grapes. When I asked her if she got my walnut amount correct, she doesnt even answer me. She just ignore me. When she handed me my receipt, I said thank you and she doesnt even look at me nor respond. That is rude and I believe she did it intentionally. I will never go to this location ever again. I have nothing...
