Chino Shopping Center — Attraction in Chino

I actually went there to buy some art from a woman named Gwen on OfferUp. She does beautiful epoxy resin painting and necklaces and other things but I bought her hearts ocean heart paintings. I can never find parking due to shopping carts left in parking spaces. I witnessed a 99cent store employee ditching 2 shopping carts and leaving them in parking a spot as I was pulling in. When I asked why she left them she said not here job and she proceeded to the cart corral 1 space over takes 3 Smart & Final carts leaving them in another parking space and leaving with 4, 99cent store carts. Friendly staff. However, the music was so loud. Not everyone enjoys pop country music. Anything is tolerable except when it is so loud. Also, the food quality has taken a major dive.
