Went to this Ace for the first time to get a wax ring for a toilet, walked in and the place was in disarray, shelves were half full and boxes left in the isles. Found the plumbing isle and they were out of wax rings, I ended up having to drive down to the Menards in EC to get what I needed. Took a screen in for repair. As I entered I was rudely told it would be month and I should go to the Wissota store. I proceeded to the back dropped off screen, was told I would get a call when done. As I started to leave another cashier rudely told me it would be a month and then went back to tell that to the employee that had taken the screen.
