OMG the first time I walked into this place I was so surprised. Tickets at the window are $14 or $15 dollars for a standard movie for and adult, I've heard Tuesdays they are like $7 dollars or something, but I haven't had the time to go on a Tuesday. Don't let this price fool you it's worth it. The seats in the theater are recliners - as in press a button and it reclines backward and your feet go up on a foot rest. As a result of these nice seats there are not as many seats available. So the prices are raised for 2 reasons: nice seats and fewer numbers. As with all theaters the prices of food is horrendous, but unlike some the portion sizes are for 2 people. One item on the menu is enough for 2 people to share and they're soda machines are the same ones Jack-in-the-box has so that's a nice bonus, especially since it's free refills as long as you're in the theater, the soda machines are self serve. Pick order your cup size at the register and pour your own drink. Although I have not yet had the pleasure of buying a drink there is also a bar where you can order alcoholic beverages. The only reason I have got giving this theater a 4 star rating instead of 5 is there bathroom. Being female I've only been in one, but it's not cleaned enough. I don't know if there's something wrong with the toilets, but some of them will have a wet area in front of them and that's nasty. Sometimes the seat covers will be all over the floors or multiple stalls will be out of toilet paper. Other than the bathroom I have no complaints about this theater and I highly...
Read moreAMC has done a good job of making sure everything runs seamlessly for a perfect movie going experience. Their app is easy to use to pre-order tickets. This theater has assigned seating and reclining chairs, as opposed to stadium seating. Picking out seats was a breeze. We also used another service to purchase tickets for the same showing because we had a deal to try them out. Their platform worked well together with AMC.
When we arrived at the theater, we were greeted by an employee who scanned the QR codes on our phones, no need for ticket stubs (sorry--for those of you who collect your stubs, you can find your collection online if you are a member of AMC's stubz program). There was no wait in line when we went.
The bathrooms and theater were very clean, both before and after our movie. The chairs were comfortable and functioned properly. We appreciated all the extra leg room, not having to worry about tall people blocking our view in front of us, and sore necks from craning our necks to see the film. The seating design solved all those problems.
The sound and picture quality were what one would expect. Clear, and loud.
The employees efficiently cleaned the theater as patrons left.
I can't comment on the concessions because we skipped buying any...
Read moreI went to watch the lilo and stitch movie and I accidentally left my wallet in the theater. I called to ask if they saw anything and they said no but that they would look so when I arrived they still haven’t looked so a young lady said I could go check myself. When I got to the seats I was at before I did not see anything and ask the associates if they saw anything and they said not at all that they went thru everything and moved everything themselves and they kept insisting they saw nothing. Luckily I had a AirTag on my car keys and wallet that was attached to them. So I started to play the sound to find them and the associate kept insisting how they cleaned and saw nothing at all over and over to me. The music from the air rage came from a trash bag. My keys were thrown away in the trash and my keys and wallet were filled with soda and popcorn. My money was missing from my wallet as well luckily it wasn’t much and my credit and debit cards were in there but still it was very frustrating how no one could help me. And they couldn’t try to help me more. Terrible customer service. It seemed like they...
