I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. I have 3 daughters and it's a shame to say it but I will be sure never to buy anything for them at this store. I have never been treated so poorly as a costumer. It started with them not wanting to let us take my daughter's dress home without a receipt, which I understand even though there are definitely ways to compromise. I eventually found the receipt (thank god!) or they would not have given me the dress I paid for. After all that, turns out they lost the dress!!! I am learning this 3 days before my daughter's first communion. You'd think they'd be sorry and accommodating.....but NOPE!! Even after their mistake they were extremely rude trying to put the blame on us. This all coming from the owner! The owner and another women continued bickering with my mother who was super upset and even started laughing at her at some point! RUDEST woman I've ever had to deal with. Never even received an apology for their mistake!! I ended having to bring my daughter in AGAIN two days before her big day to resize her (since they had no idea what size dress they sold me) and get another dress. In 2012 I tried this place out I was baptizing my first baby and I had heard so many stuff bout it so I chose to try it was the worse service I've ever experienced in my life the ppl there were so rude and didn't even help or bother to ask if I needed help or wanted something in specific so walked out Now 5 years later time to baptize my second baby I decided to give this place a 2nd shot so went and let me tell you it was not busy what so ever ! And still walked in didn't get greeted didn't get asked can we help you with something nothing at all! then when I found something I liked walked around to find someone to help me with size and nothing finally I found them in the back doing nothing so I asked for the size they said they would check I waited about 15min and nothing no one came to tell me wheather they had it or not so I gave it another 10min and nothing so again I walk to the back to ask and both of the girls were just standing there ! Do you guys really think we are stupid? My wife went a few times to see a dress for our daughter's baptism. There was one on display that caught her eye. First she went by herself and was told it was the only one left. The second time she went with her mom and asked again hoping to get a different answer but again she was told it was the only one left. Yesterday we went with the godparents to buy it. The price was 340. We put it on my daughter and noticed it was dusty and a few lose stiches on the shoulders so we asked if we could get a discount since it was a display model. We weren't expecting much, 20 dollars off would've worked. But instead she came back with the same dress and said "oh I found another one in the back" all of the sudden? It would've been better if she said I'm sorry we can't give you a discount. But thinking that we were so stupid to buy her lie is what made us mad. The dress had 3 buttons and we only buttoned the middle one. Thats how we knew it was the same one. We walked right out and bought it somewhere else. We would never recommend this...
