A great toy store in the days where one can be hard to find. The play area - the Dungeon is great for little kids. I have always wanted to visit as a child but couldn't afford to go. We visited for the first time yesterday with my 3 year old and held her birthday party there. The store is really big and organized, so many places for parents/grandparents to sit. The stairs are a little darker and can be hard for older guests to get down. Our party experience was nice since it's DIY everything and they didn't seem to have any rules. Staff was nice and ready to help us with anything and stayed hands-off unless we asked for help. $250 for 3 hour party time, cleanup and setup included. They do a lot of the cleanup for you if you need. Someone not from our party spilled a bunch of water just outside the party room and left it and staff was very kind in cleaning it up without assuming it was our mess to clean. Our only small issues were that there is no way to keep other kids from your party room if their parents aren't watching them (much like any other public party space), the bathroom is located upstairs so guests have to go up and down (it was also hard to find), and we did not get offered to visit the birthday castle nor did the dragon visit our child during the party which she was very disappointed by once we got home and she remembered (grownups didn't remember otherwise we'd have asked the staff). No one's fault, just keep in mind when booking in the future, which I definitely recommend. Have your kid take their guests around the store and pick out their own gifts to be opened during the party/after. Make sure staff is aware and from what I read online, the dragon will deliver during the party. Free popcorn during the party, pet-friendly, TV with dvds during the party, and a very cute throne set for the party kid(s). Definitely would recommend for anyone with kids under 6 for the party room and a must visit for a y kid or adult. They have plenty of Puzzles and family/older adult...

There are 3 stores in a row that are a children's outing trifecta - this toy store, a bookstore, and an old ice cream parlor. This toy store is excellent. From the road and location one might expect a small boutique experience, but it's much more extensive and large.
They offer a very wide range of toys and games that are far superior to what you would get at your typical toy store. They have an exceptionally wide range of Lego sets, ones I've never heard of. They have oodles of puzzles and games, which focus on development, in addition to the classic games you'd expect. There is a section dedicated to building. There are dolls and figurines. There are bikes and trikes and things that go. There are wonderful dress up clothes and puppets. Fortunately, nothing they sell is low end designed to attract the attention of the small children by plastering it with stickers of characters.
The store is large enough to have a wide array of things to pique your interest. And yet it's small enough you don't have to worry about where your children have disappeared to. And it's hard to leave!...
Read moreWe drove from 2 hours away to do the birthday castle as we had never been and thought it would be fun. We emailed a week ahead of time and when we got there we let them know as soon as we came in our reason for visit. We went to pick out our gifts and when we checked out let them know once again it was for the birthday castle. We waited around for them to let us know it was ready, but they were too busy up front being hasty about customers in line, so after about 15 minutes we went back to the front and asked if it was ready, the man stated “if you’ve already been up here it should be ready” okay, so we went back, the door is locked we wait another 10 minutes, and got back up (this making the 4th time) and ahead girl walks back with the key and states very rudely “you’re suppose to come up front and get the key but it’s okay (insert eye roll)” the. She proceeds to NOT ASK who’s birthday it is, we have 3 kids, and starts telling the story without the right kid in front of her, she was directly behind her waiting to go inside. It was not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t come back if I lived 5...
