Giving 3 stars only because the workers at this store location is great. My complaint is on spectrum itself, not this location. I recently just moved and was supposed to have set up my router by Saturday. I could not get it to work. I called customer service and soonest I could get someone to come was Tuesday afternoon. Today is that Tuesday. The guy comes and gets my wifi to start working and leaves saying it might turn off for a few minutes but should work fine after. It doesn’t. It disconnects and reconnects. It does that so often that I don’t have time to even really use the wifi because as soon as it’s working, it’s not. I call customer service again (this is 30 minutes or so after the technician left). “Oh it looks like you’re having signal issues”.. yeah no kidding! “The next time we can get a guy out to you is Friday”. Are you serious? So I’m just out a whole week of wifi at this point? A lot of people would be fine just using their data on their phones, I can’t do that. Read moreI went over there after work yesterday to upgrade me and my girlfriend's cell phones. The young woman that helped us was very nice, very professional, and was very patient when I told her that my girlfriend was on her way and politely told me that she was going to help other customers until my girlfriend arrives. Didn't know her name but she had long hair with glasses and her customer service skills were so great because it looked like she knew what she was doing and we were able to understand everything she was explaining to us during the upgrade process! She was a black women in the store on 6/13/21 around 3pm. Very professional and even though she still didn’t have the equipment I needed took the time to check the back even though she said she was positive the store didn’t have it. it’s the effort she took that matters the most!
