After getting my phone fixed by them there was still plenty of issues and I didn’t understand why because I had my screen replaced AND I had a whole battery replacement (to my knowledge). I got home from college after graduating and like I said my phone hadn’t Seemed like it was very “ Fixed”. It was glitching and going on and off and then eventually it just stopped coming on altogether… Now if I had gotten a new battery Like they said they gave me, there’s no way after a few months my phone would just stop coming on altogether. For timeline purposes, like I said, I had gotten my Phone fixed in February a few days after my birthday (13) so the deal they gave me felt like a blessing And I didn’t question it. They “fixed” it and I went about my business. I even remember going back once to ask why my phone was still glitching and going on and off. He said because I had damaged it so bad that they could only do so much. And that if I wanted it to stay fixed, I should stop “dropping and hitting” it. Mind you, I do not hit my phone and I hadn’t dropped it since it got fixed. The reason it was broken in the first place was because one of my friends knocked it out of my hand while we were walking and it completely Messed up the screen and battery. So this was in February and in May my phone just stopped working altogether. First, it was the glitching screen, and then it was the phone turning off and coming back on and then it was not charging at all and then it just went off. I stopped coming on altogether. So, I had to either go and get a new phone or Find another place to get a battery fixed back here in Illinois. I went to the Apple Store and I told them I had gotten my phone fixed at a third-party place and they said they couldn’t help because the battery and screen were not Apple certified. And I asked them to just check anyway, they took the phone Apart and told me whoever fixed, my phone absolutely did not change my battery. So I’m like… OK so that means you can replace it? They said yes, And further explained to me all of the things that were wrong with my battery and my phone and that if I had gotten it fixed, like I told them I did, whoever fixed it really really played me out of my money. I can’t remember exactly how much I spent, I believe it was about 300. Maybe a little more with tax. And I knew when I had gotten it fixed that I had to have been getting a deal because there was no way I was getting a screen replacement and battery replacement for only $300. But, They love to say they have the best prices and services which is simply not the case clearly. I wish I was still in Cincinnati and I could go back here and get my money back because that is absolutely messed up.

This shop is close to the University of Cincinnati has everything Apple and Mac product. He fixed my iPhone 14 with a really nice discount. Very friendly, kind and timely. He told me go and come back in 40min and your phone will be ready. I came back to meet my phone fixed with no blemish. Go see him!!

Absolutely unbelievable. I have two 2013 Mac laptops (one that I use, and one I don't because the keyboard doesn't work) and I dropped the one I use on the ground 3 days ago, it scrambled my screen.

The 2 laptops I have are the exact same model # just by chance and so I thought 'Maybe someone can just chance the screens out on both computers and it won't end up costing that much.'

So I found a "Computer" repair store down the street from these guys, the guy said he was licensed to work on Apple products etc...I asked him if he would be able to FOR SURE be able to switch out the screens no problem...and he said he had just done that exact job earlier that day.

I got to the store, gave him both computers and he told me to come back in 2 hours. I did and when I got back he told me he couldn't switch out the screens cus the model #'s etc were different.

If that was the case then he should've known that before saying he could 100% do the job. I remember that Cincy Phone Corner fixed my phone earlier this year but I didn't know if they worked on computers. Called them and told them the situation, they said bring both computers on over.

I literally walked over (discouraged and p i s s ed off cus I felt misled etc by the "COMPUTER" (the sign just literally says COMPUTER lol) repair shop walking distance to this place.

Brought both computers in, literally 30 minutes later they completely fixed my computer. They switched out my old 2013 computer screen to the 2013 computer screen that I use.

They made it seem so easy and it was so fast and for a GREAT price...SO thankful that these 2 gentleman took good care of me.

I'm about 99% certain the guy at the computer repair place literally didn't do anything or even try switching my screens AND he charged me $20 for "his time" lol. Which he didn't disclose to me until I came back.

These guys are HONEST, and that's what you need when trying to find 3rd party repair shops in the tech space especially for apple products.

Thanks for giving me a great price on a perfectly working old school mac charger, cleaning out my iPhone so that it charges easily without me having to stand it up and for fixing my Mac laptop so that I can get back to work. And thx for fixing my other iPhone earlier this year all for an affordable price and thx for not price gauging me or being shady and lying to me like that shop down the street (still irked about it...ALLL GOOOD though). Ya'll saved the day and made my week thank...

I have to say, this was an amazing experience. First, the service. From the moment I called about my cracked phone screen to the moment I exited the shop with it replaced, his service was immpecable. He was easy to talk to while being completely professional.

Even when a mishap happened, he made sure, I, the customer was taken care of. He was sent the wrong version of my phone screen today (it was a mistake by the supplier, not his fault at all), and was incredibly apologetic even when it wasn't his mistake. He even gave me a temporary screen to try, and offered that if I still want the originally ordered screen, he can get it reordered immediately.

His work is top notch as well. I can confidently say that he is extremely fast and experienced. I got to watch him work, which was really fun and educational (he taught me a lot about the phone repair process), but through it can also confidently verify his experience, speed, and quality, as I had done a lot of research on phone screen replacements before. Afterword, I ran a complete diagonistic after I started my phone up, and as I expected, it passed all of the tests with flying colors. After everything, the price was also very fair. As an extremely frugual person, I can confidently say that every dollar I paid was worth it and for a very good deal.

Overall, definitely a 10/10 experience! Will be back in 2 days to get my originally ordered screen put in, I can say I'm definitely looking forward to coming...
