Since the pandemic started, I usually ordered online and came for pickup. Usually this process went smoothly until today: I came in and my order wasn’t there.
The store wasn’t busy, but no one bothered helping me out. The cashier lady who was packing online order food walked right passed me and said she had one more order that she was packing, but it still wasn’t mine and she didn’t bother helping me out and went to somewhere else.
Maybe this was one of their bad days: food was not good either. Tofu was burnt, and there were inedible rock-hard veggie pieces.
Biggest flaw in this online order system is they just put your paid food out in the open, so literally anyone can walk in and out with someone else’s food. Just very disappointed today that I could have walked in and out with my order, instead I had to spend an extra half hour...

Spent 15 mins attempting to eat lunch but this place has no menus!.. seriously no menus on the wall, no hand menus, no menu when ask an employee for one -instead she pointed up front where there is flyers with pictures of food but no description, price, or name of dish... I could only find a poster with a QR code prompting me to dl the app "ugh!" which I reluctantly did thru the playstore because the QR code didn't not work nor did I receive the $5 promo the poster promised for downloading the app! After all that, I couldn't easily find any menu but was prompted to build a profile and select a location! If this what service businesses are going to demand all of your info in an app before you can order?.. NO THANKS BC...

I didn't get carrots, pickled cabbage, kale, and mushrooms (these cost extra btw) that I ordered. It was essentially a bowl of steak, beans, and noodles. A brown bowl of sadness.
