Title: Disappointing Experience at US BANK:
I recently scheduled an appointment with a branch manager at US BANK, taking time out of my busy schedule and even utilizing apaid transportation service, to get there after a long 14-hour shift. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the manager, Greg, was not present, and there was no prior notification of this cancellation. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Additionally, there was no alternative personnel available to assist with the notary service I required, as another worker admitted to not having their notary kit with them.    Read moreExtremely rude and unprofessional. Weâve lost money banking here and have been jumping through hoops for the last 4 months to get it back. Oh and yes I am talking about the âbig ladyâ that so many others have complained about. I was speaking to a polite young man when this woman suddenly got in my face from my side of the counter to interrupt our conversation and started using a teacher voice to lecture me about my paperwork. This woman has a personality issue and should not be working closely with the public. There were many other people in the bank who needed assistance but instead she chose to barge in on our private conversation.    Read moreI have had multiple 30 minute waits due to computer issues for simple deposits. Checks declined because machine couldnât read them without explanation or way to fix the issue.
Simple transactions take multiple tellers to help each other. Their tech is terrible! The staff is nice as they can be. Went to Hyde Park and was in and out in less than five minutes.
1 person in front of you in a line at the bank doesnât warrant 30+ minute wait times for this fully staffed bank in 2024.
EDIT: Went back this weekend and it was a line of five people with no one behind the counter. Not even entertaining coming here again. Commercials on loudspeaker. Security obviously on drugs on his phone head down the whole time....
