The worst service I’ve ever encountered. When I arrived to the restaurant, it took approximately 20 minutes to get my order taken. When the waitress did arrive for orders, I was the first to place my drink and food order. 20 more minutes later, the waitress comes with everyone’s drink (including a table behind us that got there way after us) but mine. She then comes back 30 minutes later to tell me that they don’t have the ingredients to make my drink which I had order off THEIR drink menu. I ordered the Fahrenheit 451 which comes with 3 ingredients (triple sec, vodka and some kind of juice). They didn’t have the triple sec. She asked what else I’d want and I asked for another drink menu and decided ultimately that their drink menu lacked variety and good choices. 30 more minutes go by and the food is finally brought out for everyone else, except me even though I ordered first in the group. I ordered the Chicago burger with fries. I kid you not, when I say that every other table that had come after us were fully served and left before I got my food. The waitress barely came over to our table to check on us and when asking for a simple corona, she came with a blue moon for a person in my party and anytime anyone requested a drink or something like ranch, it took at least 20 minutes to get and sometimes it would be the wrong thing brought to the table. She was incompetent and not helpful. She claimed that the kitchen must’ve “forgot” my order and that she just put the order in and swore that she wasn’t new but then later claimed it’s her second day when checks were coming around. When the waitress did come over to the table one of few times, I told her that I hadn’t received my food and to put it in a to-go box when it does get brought up. When the food did get brought up, the waitress came to the table and said, “they brought your food up, but then I sent it back down for them to put it in a box.” Idk why you wouldn’t just bring me my food and then fetch a box afterwards if it was already upstairs near me but whatever. So then 10 minutes later, a waiter hands me a plate with the food on it and then the waitress comes from behind me with a food in the to-go box and says “wait that’s not yours, I think this is your order in the box” and that she’ll “wait for me to look in the box to make sure it’s mine.” I hand the plate back to the waiter and then open the box which has my food in it. I arrived to the establishment right before 6pm and didn’t get my food until about 8pm. When checks came around, she claimed it was only her second day up there on the roof and if it were up to her, I’d “get my meal for free, but she can’t or else she’d get fired.” Like okay, that means nothing to me. Also, a person in my group told her drinks would be on them and the waitress kept saying “are you sure? That’s a lot of drinks” over and over again to them. Like clearly they’re aware. So unprofessional to say that. The same waitress later dropped some glass on another person in my party and it shattered everywhere. Honestly worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. Will never go back...

Saw through Facebook that they would be open for dinner and decided to go. Upon arrival, I was asked if I had a reservation which threw me off so I asked if a reservation was needed or if there was a special event requiring one to which they replied "No, but we wanted to make sure." It's a bar and grill...not sure why it was asked to begin with.
Was seated and waited roughly 10 minutes with no menu or water. A waitress finally came and with water. Luckily, my guest and I already knew what we wanted or we might have waited even more. She took our order and returned another ten minutes later to ask if we wanted anything else to drink besides water. I would've expected her to ask us that upfront but I digress.
I ordered a shrimp Po'boy with fries for $13. My friend ordered a burger for $10. I expect my shrimp Po'boy to have at minimum A hearty amount of seasoned, regular sized fried shrimp with pickles, mayo and on a French baguette. THAT IS MINIMUM. What I received was laughable and an insult to New Orleans.
My shrimp was UNFRIED, cold, not seasoned, small, and tasted like the worst kind of cocktail shrimp you buy in a bag. Barely any shrimp for the wilted lettuce, one slimy tomato, and quick swipe of mayo to dress.
My friend's burger was poorly seasoned and not cooked to their requested desire. There was too much bread and not enough burger which was frustrating because the burger was quite large.
Only thing good was their fries. For us to have waited 30 minutes for our food I would expected much better. I don't even understand how it took that long as the restaurant wasn't busy and we only ordered a burger, cold shrimp sandwich, and fries. Sadly, as we looked around we realized we weren't the only ones dealing with food timing issues. However, that wasn't even my worst issue.
I quickly paid for our food. I didn't leave a tip because frankly the service was poor. Our sever came in the span of a hour, the two times I mentioned, once after we had finished our food to give us our check, and then to pick up the check. I do not tip for poor service. Again, it was not crowded and I shouldn't have to flag down anyone. In my haste, I left my card at the restaurant. When I realized my error I called to confirm my card was there and went to pick it up. The manager gave me card but then asked me why I didn't leave his server a tip. I was again thrown off because although it is good etiquette to tip: I was not satisfied with my food or service, there was staff with him when he asked me and I don't have to. It was unprofessional and rude.
Will not be back. Other places do it better. If you're going to charge high for food and drink everything better be on point. It was...

Really disappointed. Walked in, was sat at a dirty table. The server said she would be right back to wipe the table down for us; we wound up eating our food on top of someone else’s mess (health code?). I almost asked to wipe down the table myself but didn’t want to embarrass her in front of the rest of her guests but why should I have to ask to wipe my own table down in the first place? Took fifteen minutes to get water to the table. Around this time I realized the server was the only person working the entire front of house.
Food took about fifteen minutes which isn’t bad but the shrimp on my po boy was room temperature. I do think it was cooked fully but it definitely sat for a while. Also I ordered my po boy without Remoulade or tomato and they put both on; I was able to pick off the tomato and wound up enjoying the Remoulade. Didn’t want to say anything because the server was clearly in over her head - not her fault. We wound up being there for about two hours, about an hour longer than planned.
The tables that were dirty when we walked in were still dirty when we walked out. The server was doing everything she could but it was clear she wasn’t trained well, RESTAURANT OWNERSHIP IS SETTING THEIR PEOPLE UP FOR FAILURE. Why is there one server for like fifteen tables and the bar? Even just one more person in front of house would be enough to make sure tables are clean, people get drinks and food on time, etc. Is it really not worth $2.13 an hour plus payroll tax to make sure your people don’t have to eat on top of someone else’s mess? Absolutely shameful business management/ownership. First time coming here, last time coming here. Damn shame because the server was at least nice enough but honesty seems like she checked...
