Crossgates Commons Plaza — Attraction in City of Albany

Long walk from one end to another,as a older person I am afraid to go there anymore when you can get on line cheaper,I believe in supporting our stores and Cross gates it was such a beautiful high class mall, now it's taken over with to many kids who are just going to hang out.I hope some of them are buying and not stealing.They will steal right in your face CVS, and the smaller stores Sephora watch out watch a couple ,stuffed thier coats with very expensive lipstick and makeup and $95.00 facial cream's such a shame that you can't even say anything. We used to go to the movies every new release now is creepy and we will wait to see it a movie isn't worth getting shot or stabbed. They need to clamp down on security and give the power of locking them up back,and more security so you feel comfortable.Sorry for the bad review,But actually I went lightly on the review it's even worse then mentioned.Young boys peeing in the fountain and this was in the afternoon shocking. I don't think anyone would like to see the teenage boys peeing in the fountain.I really doubt if I will ever go back,even the puppies are over priced and came in from puppy mills across the south they just continue to breed the females sometimes 3 times a year. Most all are in bread watch out for those puppies as most will have some kind of defect,take to you local vet...

Has grown to be a much cleaner location with a big mall across the way.

10 years ago i would have given it one star, After the Walmart was redone and more stores were added it has become a better Plaza for shopping.

One of the largest Walmart locations in the country, if not the largest.

This is the location to look for inventory but I would always check online first.

-parking lot that is very underutilized with an Electrify America charging station with more broken Chargers than ones that operate properly.

None of them were above 150 KW max.

The road design around this plaza is a complete disaster. It's a perfect use case for the implementation of roundabouts to make traffic flow safer and easier. As it stands the road design looks like it was designed by an intern whose only goal was to maximize parking spots. With major anchor stores at this location, not to mention the worlds largest Wal-Mart, you'd hope that they'd spend some money to upgrade the roads and access to stores via roundabouts. Will that ever happen, no, because the owners are cheap and don't actually care about your experience at their plaza. I'll update this review when the roundabouts are...
