Garland Gallery — Attraction in City of Binghamton

Well I was playing music out front of her store on public property loudly because a dog was crying in the building she called a man downstairs who assumed was the landlord or dog owner and he yelled in my face like I was a child. My music (luckily for him) didn’t allow me to hear what he said but he was red in the face 😂😂😂. The next day I came to make amends and get dinner with friends at the Salvation Army when it was still open (this was in May 2025) as I was cleaning up the little mess out front and waving to make her notice me so we could engage in conversation about the situation the day before I noticed a black pickup truck out front with a man in it. He was a lieutenant with the Binghamton police and was arrested for resisting arrest and...
