FULLSEND Ski & Outdoor — Attraction in City of Canandaigua

A few years ago I bought a snowboard from FULLSEND Ski&Outdoor and just a few rides in being rough on the board I cracked the tail which led to the layers splitting apart and it was not covered by warranty from the manufacturer. Instead of closing this case and moving on to the next sale they let me grab a board of my choosing off the wall at the end of the season free of charge. I have had nothing but great experiences and interactions since. I rode that free board for two seasons until I eventually destroyed it in a rail Jam. Me working on a mountain myself I was left with a destroyed board and the need to ride. That day the owner himself hand delivered a fresh board with a fresh waxing straight to my mountain while I was working. This is a real company that really cares about the enjoyment of your winter experience. They are a local shop that is quickly moving up and their gear is completely unique then any other board shop in NYS. Fresh board...

Had a great experience getting all new gear for snowboarding. Zach really listened to all of my needs and was able to help me out tremendously. Everything was all new to me, because last time I purchased snowboarding gear was 19 years ago. Boards are new and technology is so different. Zach was able to educate me on what was new and helped get the right fit for me. I went to Jay Peak and rode my board for the first time there with all new gear and everything was as expected and beyond! Board and boots were amazing. New gear was great and warm the entire time even being -4 degrees out and windy!! I would highly recommend Fullsend to anyone because it’s all about the experience and service there. You’re immediately welcomed when you walk in and someone is always there to help and check in with you.

Highly recommend FULLSEND Ski & Outdoor!!! If you want REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and REAL EXPERTISE, it is worth it to get to FULLSEND. Zach and his staff went above and beyond to help adjust a ski boot for us so that it works with a prosthesis today after a truly horrendous experience this past weekend at The Ski Company in Syracuse (so bad that we now have a lawyer involved...). Zach willingly problem solved and found a creative way to adjust this ski boot, he was kind and respectful, and he did the work on the spot while we waited. Plus, Chewy the shop dog was a great companion during our time there. We are happy to make the hour+ drive to Canandaigua to give these folks our business anytime rather than waste it on shoddy and inept customer service at TSC! Go see Zach and his team at FULLSEND! ...
