SUPERCUTS — Attraction in City of Cortland

I have come to the same place to get my hair cut probably 12 times over the past few years. I have even brought family members for their cuts. Until recently, I had no issues. Most recently, I called in on a Monday to see if they had an opening for 5:30 pm. I was told they were booked for the day, but had openings the next day. I work until 5 pm, so I scheduled my appointment with the woman on the phone for 5:30 pm the following day- Tuesday (9/14/21). (The same time I had requested the appointment on Monday.) I arrived at the store with more than 10 minutes to spare, but was told by the 2 women inside the locked store that they close at 5 pm. When I reiterated that I work until 5, and would not have made an appointment for before I could leave work, they said they could schedule me for the next day. While the website did update their hours and it does show a 5pm closing time, how it got past the person on the phone- twice!!- that I was scheduling an appointment after they close is awful. The girl (young woman) who has cut my hair for a few years now has moved. She warned ME, but it left ME looking for someone inside trust to cut my hair. TYE was the 1st girl at Suoercuts to cut my hair when I needed to find someone a little over 3 years ago. Since I started coming to Supercuts, there are only a few I trust to cut my hair. And TYE is one of them. I have midlenngth hair and a style that i have discivered is a little difficult for the beginners. She knows her stuff! Even on a bad day she's friendly. I have seen her out in public and she remembers my name, is friendly even then. She's honest and doesn't overbook herself trying to fit everyone in. Cass is gone, but I have TYE. I'm not left with TYE like I said before she's the one who I had 1st and the reason I kept/keep coming back to Supercuts. Stylist like TYE and Cass are what keeps women like me coming...

My hairdresser, Emily, was very kind and sweet and very good at her job. She was thorough and even went back to check her work when I mentioned a problem area of hair that grows around my ear. Not only that, she was polite, kept the conversation interesting during my visit, and was very patient and gentle with her instructions when asking me to move my head for her. The best part is that I've never had an unpleasant experience with anyone at this Supercuts. I would definitely recommend visiting this location regularly for haircuts as they are all just such kind and patiently gentle people. They've no doubt made a regular of me just by being themselves.
