Frankenmuth clock company has no use for the Handicap whatsoever. I was a handicap person who is Helen more brown with a disease called Penn‘s. I explain to the young lady on the telephone several times that I did have pins and lows physically and mentally disabled. For that please excuse my speech I thought Conversation. After waiting three weeks for the gentleman coming back in the back, and that was after calling several times to get a hold of him. I finally got a hold of him and explain to them that the part was at work, he gave me three options after choosing several options, he kept telling me no you can’t use that outfit. I started to get frustrated with him, asked him what action was working. He experience to me a $27 option was my only option, I said why did you give me three, maybe I should call The Better Business Bureau. At which time the gentleman in the back just shortly hung up on me. When I call back and got the man manager she informed me that I was a liar the part with you if I knew it, And she has a text to prove it. I informed her I had the same tax and it says new it $8.50. Plus I have the invoice that shows an $8.50 charge. She then told me that as I had such hassles with mail order maybe I should get my butt in the car and drive there after all I only live an hour and 45 minutes away. At that time I got extremely frustrated with her told her who I was and what my condition was, is that I asked for the owner to call me back and no one has ever returned a call to me at all. I am a homebound person, Who has a brain disorder called pens. I do not feel I need this kind of hassle or harassment from anybody. It would no longer go to this company nor recommend this company to anybody because they have no compassion for anybody but the green they pull...
Read moreMy husband took his Seth Thomas antique clock in for cleaning and oiling on February 2. Was told that it would be ready May1st. April 24th he received a call telling him that the clock would Not be done until July or August. He then went to pick the clock up while he was in the store another customer was asking about how much to repair his clock and when it would be done. He was told it would cost him $89. And they would have it done today. Obviously my husband's clock was not a big money maker for your store. Seems to us that my husband's clock was pushed back and clocks brought in after my husband's was done first. We will be taking my husband's clock for cleaning and oiling to another shop to have this done in a more timely manner. You can sure bet that we will not be back in your store. Also you can bet that we will be sharing our experience. Its too bad that you haven't trained your employees on the value of a job well done. Reviews do not do our experience justice. I'm sure from reading your reviews that the others that have had BAD experiences in your store...
Read moreI originally purchased a clock online and ended up receiving a product I wasn't very satisfied with, though no fault of the store; it can be difficult to really know what you're getting sometimes just based on pictures and words. After reaching out to the store, Greg (owner) took the time to find out what I was looking for, took pictures of all the clocks in the store, and even sent a video of the clock I was interested in to help me make a better decision. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the attention that Greg paid to me, and I couldn't be happier with the model I ended up receiving. They were willing to accept the previous purchased as a return, but since the first clock was perfectly fine (just didn't match what I was looking for), I decided to keep it as well and have since gifted it to a family member (who isn't as picky as me!)
Thank you so much Greg & team for taking the time to make sure I was a...
