My parents, wife, and I tried the maze and we all enjoyed it. The staff member was friendly and gave us some quick instructions. You have to wear plastic gloves to avoid fingerprinting the mirrors.
It is a fairly short 10-15 minute walk from entrance to exit. Kids may want to linger for a bit longer. On the plus side, you are allowed to go through the maze as many times as you like on the day that you buy your tickets.
We were the only visitors during our visit, but I can see it becoming crowded and less enjoyable on busy days.
