This place is a racist cult and we will NEVER be back!!! We have been going here every year before the kids go back to school for the last 12 years!!! Im appalled at the amount of white rednecks allowed to walk the streets wearing Confederate flag attire. As well, the rudeness of the patrons and villagers alike. The vibe is hostile and unwelcoming to people of other races. Im white with a mixed race family and Ive never felt so uncomfortable, i cant begin to imagine what my husband and kids felt like. The white people were not accommodating, and acted like they owned the place. We not only walked over the bridge, but we drove over it. There was a vehicle approaching from the other direction and it was a tight fit for both vehicles crossing.
