I arrived at the 4th Avenue T-Mobile location at 10 a.m, which is the time the store actually opened. I went there to pick up my new phone due to a warranty exchange. Hailey Bailey the store Manager was not on site. There were two T-Mobile specialists at the location with no supervision. I was told the the store manager’s shift doesn’t start until 12pm, therefore I had to wait two hours to get my old phone approved, also the two specialists didn’t have the proper access codes or authority to help me with my warranty exchange. Waiting two hours was an inconvenience for me because I live in Brooklyn. I find it irresponsible for a store manager to leave two workers in a store with no supervision. The atmosphere was very calm. My Representative, NELSON was very Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and very Kind. As a matter of fact, ALL the employees were great. Nelson helped me & explained every detail for me. I also received a brand new phone. This is my third time visitingi a T-Mobile location and no complaints about any of them.    Read moreI will only give this location 5 stars due to Carlo's exceptional customer service. I came in because my new I phone 15 froze overnight. I was poorly greeted by two workers a male and a female. I explained my situation and within seconds the male directed me to an Apple Store without further assistance. However, Carlos signaled me over and fixed the problem in less than 20 seconds. He then advised me on better ways to manage my plan and answered additional questions.
