Love Hate Tattoo — Attraction in City of Rochester

Upon meeting Lea, she was very friendly and reassured me she could take on the piece I was looking for. The finished product wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for but was acceptable. After it healed there were spots that needed touching up. The style of my tattoo was suppose to be realistic and I did not want black outlines in the flower. When she touched up the tattoo she added black lines to the flower pretty much destroying what I had intended. I never asked her to do that. Not only did she add the black lines but they weren’t connected, (there’s a random black dot. That’s not my edit. That’s a random black dot she added) not straight and made it look even more unfinished than it was before. She had a client after me so she seemed to rush though mine and made a careless decision. I emailed her to tell her my dissatisfaction, but no response, almost a week later. In a world that relies on email for communication it’s unprofessional to leave your customers hanging whether you’ve completed the project or not. Unfortunately, you sign your rights away with tattoos and they can pretty much take your money and not be responsible when a customer is unhappy, after they take your money. She has said my tattoo would be bright in color and made the comment that she had run out of the pink ink in my initial sitting. Well if you don’t have the right supplies then you don’t do the work. Unfortunately i would love to say I had a great experience but I didn’t. I met Christine Erickson at this location to have a tattoo covered up. My first meeting with her she stated that the tattoo would be 200$ and we settled on that. When I arrived for my appointment the man at the reception desk stated that the drawing of the tattoo was super sick all the guys were jealous. When she came out she said she wasn’t going to be able to do it that day because it wasn’t ready and she refused to show me the drawing she had in the works so I would know what I was getting. Then she stated that the price was Going to be around 500$ for the tattoo which is more than double the Agreed price . I believe that when you say you are going to do something for a certain price it should be firm and you should stand by your word. Deposit was not returned because they stated the application they gave me and posted on the wall in the shop was that they don’t do refunds. These people are scammers! You shouldn’t take someone’s money when you did no work. I don’t recommend this...

Jet the owner was awesome I went there to get a tattoo from Dylan and this man got me a sub to make sure I ate before I got tatted and also I won a gift card on 94.1 the zone and he gave me the certificate no problem his son Zane is awesome as well everytime I see him he always shows love.I even had a gift card that was expired by 5 years I got as a gift and he honored it.Dylan worked with one of my tattoos that needed some touch up and also did another tattoo on my throat which was painful and he was efficient and did a remarkable job if I could give a 15 star review I would.They earned it and I’m going back next week to get more work done by Dylan he’s literally one of the goats of tattooing.Huge shout out to all of the people at Love Hate earned a customer for...
