A++++++++ all the way! Can't convey it enough how happy I was to find this place!

I called, gave them my tire size and they said they had an OKAY matched set of 4 and a real good set of two.... $50 each for the okay ones and $65 for the better ones.......this is a first come first serve business, no appointments or holding of tires which I completely understand.....and like actually!

I rolled in around 11:30am, they showed me the 4 tires, and they were spot on with what they told me on the phone. The 4 would have been great if we we going into spring and not winter....enough meat they would have easily lasted all summer.

Then they showed me the 2 good ones, Micheline Defenders and they had allot of meat left on the bone to handle the snow.

I said hook me up with those two, they did and I was heading home......15 minutes later! They don't screw around and have a great system to get people in and out. Pulled in at 11:30 and leaving at 11:45, WOW!! The customer service was great!

Tire Trax has a new VERY happy customer who will spread the word about them....nice job...

I've been purchasing new tires from Tire Trax since 1992. They've changed locations since then but it's still a great business for just getting tires. Nothing extra that's all they do. Dress warm in the winter and cool in the summer because you will feel the elements while you're there, but you won't be there long because they try to get you in and out. I can't say enough about what a great business they have. Looks like a cash business but it's not. Only suggestion is if they offer you new valve stems, get the new valve stems. Quick service. I brought in a friends car to have a couple used tires he had purchased earlier mounted and balanced. My friend was on vacation, and these guys had never met me, but knew my friend and remembered the details of the situation.

I called on the morning I was bringing the car to let them know I was coming, asked about wait times, and they advised on times that were less busy. This shop works on a first come, first served basis, so this was helpful to know.

When I got there they were courteous, quick, and professional. If I ever need used tires, I will shop here...really happy that in doing a favor, I found a business I...
