Subway — Restaurant in City of Tonawanda

Most terrible service I ordered through the uber eats app and the app glitched out after I placed my order and changed it from delivery to pickup and when i was notified it was too late. Once i noticed that I was notified to pick it up I was confused and then proceded to call subway and told her to throw it out and can she remake it when i got there. Once I got there to pick it up and checked the sub it was solid and old. I asked to have it remade but the service person who is not in good standing of english. And told me that she would not remake my sub without me paying 2 times I have already paid for this sub I am a customer and the customers are always right. I am a usmc veteran and wouldn't care to write this if she would have done her job and remade my sub but no she proceeded to give me aditude and told me to do whatever I want...

It is not possible to tell how the food is because none of the times I've gone to this location in recent weeks - with an open sign! - have I been able to purchase a single meal.

First time, there was a line out the door and the lady working just went into the back and didn't come out. I only had 30 minutes for break so I had to leave after a few minutes of her not returning.

Second time, there was a poorly written and illegible sign on the door, so I didn't bother trying to go in...

Third time, the sign was still up but the other sign still said open, so I tried going in anyway. First she told me flatbread only and then when I asked for something on flatbread they told me no...

I stopped here today to pick up a quick lunch and to use one of the 2 foot long for 12.99 coupons that come in the mail. I immidately saw a hand typed sign stating only a small handful of subs are available with that coupon which seems weird right off the bat given it was all the cheapest subs. Upon opening our food they were the stingiest subs we have ever gotten from a subway before even the bread didn’t seem right and they did not taste good either it was clear that the veggies had been sitting out a very long time. Seems like when you tell them that you are using the coupon they give you less than what would be on a sub you were paying full price for. Will not...
