I have been to this location numerous times since they opened and it has been hit and miss... When they first opened I went in with my daughter she's had a cheese roll up... Cheese wasn't even melted and still cold .. I ordered the soft taco supreme combo there wasn't even enough meat on the three of those tacos combined to make one decent taco if I wanted a veggie Taco I would have ordered one... I figured okay it's a new location the workers are still trying to adjust even though everything is measured out with the scoop gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next time I go in the food was decent at least her roll up the cheese was melted this time but again the same issue with my taco barely any meat it was all lettuce and sour cream even though I had requested easy sour cream on all of the tacos. The next thing I know what I presume to be the shift manager at the time starts screaming at his staff because somebody had accepted a $20 bill that was ripped not even ripped in half it just had a small rip in it and I remember thinking to myself wow this dude is really a douchebag yelling at these young kids for essentially just doing their job literally screaming why would you have taken this bill I ain't putting this in my deposit bag what the f is wrong with you.... My 6-year-old just kind of sat there and stared in astonishment and asked me Mommy what's wrong with that man why is he so mad.... Needless to say I have not seen any of those workers working there since that day I believe they probably all quit because if he was the manager he should have been fired and he wasn't because I still see him there. After a few comments and conversations with other customers about how we would never work there and how that has to be the most hostile working environment my daughter and I finished our food and we left... A week or so later I decided to go with my daughter after school for taco Tuesday I brought my mother along with us we ordered at the kiosk... Order my food choose the dine-in option we sat there for 25 minutes waiting for our food the people who ordered after us at this point were already done eating and had left I'm trying not to be that rude annoying customer but at this point I was just annoyed and pissed off... I finally go up to the counter and I asked the young man who was working if our food was almost ready he asked what I ordered looked over at the rack where they set the mobile orders grabs a bag and goes oh it's right here. He hands me the bag and I set back down and I said to him do you really expect me to eat this after it's been sitting on the shelf for 25 minutes now.... At this point he's looking at me like I have 10 heads and like why wouldn't I take my food like who wants to eat 25 minutes old Taco Bell you know that shit's cold as hell... I could tell that he was annoyed and pissed off because I demanded that they remake my order meanwhile my mother still hasn't received her food because they put it on the mobile order rack also... A man comes up who I presume must have been the general manager because he was wearing a different kind of shirt and I've never seen him in there before he hands me a coupon for a free Taco with the purchase of a taco and I just kind of laugh and go sit down waiting for my correct food... Meanwhile my mother still hasn't gotten her food and no compensation was offered to her. At least on that occasionthere was an adequate amount of meat in my taco and everything was actually made the way it should have been and I only can attribute that to their original mistake of setting my food on the mobile order they didn't want me to complain again they just wanted to get me the heck out of that place.... I had worked a really long day this past Saturday and did not feel like cooking when I got home from work so I decided to stop in and place an order my usual the soft taco supreme combo... Read moreCame to this location at 1130pm ordered food (2x deluxe box and a grilled cheese steak burrito) and drinks. Despite asking for no ice in one, all had ice. Got home opened bag of food and the grilled cheese burrito was missing. I called and the AGM answered but said because it was now midnight the store was closed so come next day to get replacement and a complimentary meal for the inconvenience. Second day. My son went to pick up since i was in the hospital. Manager sais vecause i yelled (i didnt) he would replace missing burrito and charge ½ for thw meal. (That i didnt plan on 2 days in a row) well wouldnt you know the meal box was missing the chips and the cheese. This is obsurd and i will not give them my business a third time. This review is written as a fore warning to anyone that chooses to go to this location ...before you leave make sure you actually have what you ordered and paid for. Read moreUsually the service here is exactly what you would expect too many orders, and not enough people thus making the service "less". Today was a great surprise. Normally I order online, and forget something. That happened today. I was told that you can't have an online order and place and order while in the drive through line. At first I was confused and disgruntled, so I went in to inquire about that. I was met with Antoine. Firstly a well spoken man, he explained how he'd like to make the drive through more efficient which is why he chose not to allow online orders to order in the drive through. It will cause the clock to continue on their side which is of course an issue. So to make the experience all around better he has chosen this path which is great. He explained it to me calmly and plainly so I could understand, because I was quite confused at first. he then went above and beyond and gave me the cheese fries which I planned on ordering.
