Foot Relax Spa — Attraction in City of Yonkers

I called this place in the morning to make an appointment for later that day. The individual who answered the phone did not understand much English but still managed to take my info for the appointment. I get in a Lyft of $32 and as I arrive my driver nor I saw the store at the address provided on their site. There was a huge location sign that had their store listed but there was no store. I get out of my Lyft walked around hoping to find the space. I ask a neighboring where the Foot Spa was and they said the location had been moved. I called the place multiple times to ask where they were located and the man couldn’t understand me and kept saying “ok, yes, we here come come come. We next to fish” I asked the man what store was next to him multiple times to the point I got frustrated. The gentleman than proceeded to hang up on me multiple times because I asked if there was anyone who could understand me better. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION and they need to update...

This place smells bad! They need better air circulation, air freshener, something... it has a bad odor. Carpets are dirty, stained. Furniture outdated, unsanitary. This place should be closed. Especially now during covid. How is it that its ok to be so close to the other person who's also getting a foot massage? In case staff and owner are reading this review please clean this place up! Invest into AC, filter system, airfreshners, open windows. Take this pandemic seriously in case you want to remain open! We should not walk in your business and feel nauseous just because the place has a bad odor. It feels stuffy. Air is polluted and work done like in a factory. To be honest folks even with a mask 😷 on I was still able to smell this facility. Do yourself a favor and spend your money some place else where you don't have to be holding your nose and can relax in a CLEAN...

The one star is for the woman at the front desk this evening on 9/12. She doesn't speak or understand English so I couldn't understand what she was saying, and she yelled at me so aggressively after my relaxing massage that it left me with such a bitter taste. I apologized twice for not understanding her and she deliberately wouldn't even look me. I was relaxed and my guard was down so it really startled me. I called when I got home to tell her that she ruined my massage, and she seriously couldn't care less. What a shame. Who wants to spend money to be abused and yelled at?
