Highridge Bagel Factory — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

The star is for the bagel(s). That's it. The bagels are awesome. The customer service however, is....nonexistant.

I went in on a Wednesday morning and ordered an iced coffee + a bagel with cream cheese. When I walked in, I said "good morning :)". the cashier gave me a look of "ugh. What do you want?

Normally we have a good experience here. Today, service was extremely rude. The two Hispanic ladies working on Sunday 9/8 were impatient and extremely unpleasant. I don’t care how miserable you are, if you have a customer facing job you always cater to the customer. They were so lazy and didn’t listen. I said two times I wanted Muenster cheese and didn’t listen. When we asked for a platter they rolled their eyes and groaned. I didn’t realize one thing on their menu was a big deal. Service complaints seem to be a big issue lately. Hope management is taking the time to read these reviews.

I also didn’t know $6.50 was the new price for a bagel with cream cheese. That is beyond absurd. This place also used Pam spray which is the lowest of the low. It’s time for upgrades and honestly a new bagel place with better quality service...

Called in and ordered from here around 6 in the morning bacon, 3 eggs, and cheese on a bagel. The order was made wrong, I only got 3 eggs, but no bacon or cheese. Went inside and told the cashier. I only had a few minutes to be at work, but i wanted her to either throw on cheese or bacon if it was ready or just refund me the extra money. The worker just grabs the sandwich and throws it in the garbage and says she has to make me a new one. I said i dont have time for you to make me a new one. Then she says she has to refund me and hands me the cash. I told her great, but now I have no breakfast at all. She should have asked me if thats what I wanted her to do before just throwing my food away. This is rediculous and i think I'm going to steer clear...
