I recently visited Pandora for the first time on the evening of December 27, hoping to exchange a gift and explore some new items. I was accompanied by my baby, and I was looking for some guidance from a salesperson, especially since I was unfamiliar with the brand and its many options Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I explained to the salesperson that it was my first visit and that I was trying to find the correct size for my exchange while considering a few additional purchases. However, I quickly learned that the items I was interested in were sold out While I noticed another salesperson actively assisting another customer and checking inventory at other stores, my assigned salesperson seemed somewhat annoyed with my inquiries. This made me feel uncomfortable and rushed, especially since I had my baby with me and could only stay in the store for about 10-15 minutes. I was hoping for a more compassionate and understanding approach, especially as a first-time customer. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and underappreciated. I donât even like pandora and decided to bring my niece who is visiting the US to buy her a charm and the young lady named Nicole was incredibly rude. She first skipped us on the waiting list and said she called us numerous times but we never heard her. This is understandable, but after I said we were standing right there and never heard her she got upset and decided to leave us standing there for over 25 minutes and totally ignored us. We had to wait for another sales rep to take care of us because she was unprofessional enough to disregard our value as a paying customer. We finally were taken care of by a nice young lady who apologized for the horrible experience.    Read moreI always like shopping at Pandora but Giovanni was horrible. The way he treated us was not pleasing at all. I just wanted a bracelet and I didnât mention that I didnât want any charms. He got mad and said âyou shouldâve just told me, I wouldnât take out the bracelet from the display.â Later, when we were about to pay, he asked for my gmail, my sister had account with Pandora so she was putting down her email, but she thought she had to put her name, number and so on. She was filling out the online form and questions but he was super rude he yelled and said â I only wanted your emailâ he repeated that atleast 5 times. Our experience was very bad and my sister was super upset.
