Alejandro, John, Don & Dwayne is teaching us an amazing class. Teaching OSHA, and teaching construction work. The work and knowledge we are obtaining takes people weeks to learn, but they are teaching it to us in a few day which is amazing. Shows their teaching skill as they were not mad, upset, or showed dissatisfaction or disappointment when we did not know how to do something correctly, since we are now learning something foreign to us, which makes the class fun, and informative. They informed the classroom is where we make mistakes and upon that learn from them. I just wanted let you know & everyone reading this review that the service provided through soulful synergy was awesome! Alejandro, John & Dwayne spoke very clear, were very knowledgeable and patient with each and every one of us.. Their personalities were lively and encouraged engagement from all students. For a class that was only 3 days I personally have learned more & retained more information about carpentry, tool identification & electrical work than I have in classes that were 6-12 months. A 5/5 learning experience. The roster of instructors is well rounded, sharp and engaging. They really care about what they are teaching you about and getting you to a place where you understand the material and the process at play and wanting you to succeed at the highest level even beyond the program. The classes teach important trade fundamentals while remaining fun and engaging for everyone involved.
